Our recent two-part series covering Emily Noble's apparent murder-staged-as-a-suicide and her husband Matt Moore's subsequent arrest and acquittal of her murder has probably proven our most controversial to date. Our examination of this case has resulted in dozens of hateful emails, negative reviews, and confrontational call-outs on social media. Most have developed strong opinions on this case one way or another... but now is your chance to have your questions answered directly by Matheau Moore himself.
I will be interviewing Matt tomorrow (Friday) afternoon and we are going to dive into all of the uncomfortable questions he avoided prior to his trial. I do not take this responsibility lightly, so I wanted to solicit questions directly from our most invested listeners - you all. I’ve witnessed a number of trials that moved forward on the conviction that the prosecution thought the case was winnable because the victim and suspect were white. I’ve also seen multiple charges dismissed or perpetrators not indicted because the victim and/or suspect were black. Race plays a part in these proceedings.
