I stopped listening to Sword and Scale after about 2 episodes. He’s straight disrespectful to victims in his story telling. Then everything else starting coming out about the creator and I knew my instincts had been right. I listen to this show because of its objectivity and care while telling stories. It also focuses on the victims, not the perpetrators so at the end of the episode that’s my take away.

This case was really interesting. I totally appreciate Mattheu coming on and speaking up. I was a bit confused during the episode with everyone finding it so odd that he went right to “she hung herself”. Of course his mind would go there, his son had done that very same thing. I would do the same thing.

I stopped listening to Crime Junkie, Sword and Scale, and My Favorite Murder because they insert their personal feelings into their podcasts. Shite man, I even stopped watching 60 minutes.
