Thank you so much for highlighting this. I am literally from the area and am obviously a true crime consumer and know nada about this. I asked my husband, (another native TN) and also no idea. Bless you for this coverage. Living in TN (and most of the south from what I’ve gleaned) is like living in a bizarre version of Pleasantville where all negatives are swept under the rug, our justice system is horribly corrupted and women are second class citizens. ALL this + rampant racism, and failing educational systems mean that our police are…problematic (especially in the Nashville metro area).
