We hold members of these professions to the highest standards because each intricate step in the criminal justice system has an undeniable impact and inevitable consequences on the potential outcome for the victim’s family. But what happens if one step falls short in the pursuit of justice? And just how far might that ripple effect of negligence and misconduct reach? On August 19th, 1982 - in the Roselawn neighborhood of Cincinnati, OH, one senselessly violent murder would bring these very questions to the forefront, while uncovering years of gross misconduct and a terrible secret at the Hamilton County Morgue…
