For astral projection, I had two experiences of it when I was regularly working on it but I let it go and never really finished the course. Lucid dreaming, absolutely. Basically anytime I keep a dream journal for longer than a week or two and do reality checks regularly I will have them. They are very cool I like them more than I liked astral projecting, projecting made me have a lot more trouble with depersonalization and dissociation which I did NOT love but lucid dreaming is so much fun and way less work

I fr locked in during covid to learn astral projection I recommend this massive ass book called Mastering Astral Projection: 90 day guide to out of body experience. It’s quite involved but it’ll get you there. Also for lucid dreaming which is wayyy easier and about as fun, the book A Field Guide to Lucid Dreaming is a wonderful read
