Chapter 1: Lingering Heat
The summer sun bore down mercilessly, baking the pavement and silencing the world beneath its weight. Cicadas screamed from the trees, their endless chorus drilling into Kaede’s skull like a fever dream.
She took a sip from her water bottle behind the counter of the gym, letting the lukewarm liquid run down her throat. A fan hummed nearby, doing little to cool the sweat that clung to her shoulders and arms. Beneath her tank top, her muscles still held the shape of someone who had once trained like an athlete—not just trained, but lived it.
Her thoughts drifted. Again.
That moment—
Bodies locked together, skin slick with sweat and dust, the air heavy with tension.
The smell of the earth.
The heartbeat of her opponent pounding against her own, through the grip of their arms.
The raw, wordless collision of force and will.
Ema.
Just the name brought a tightness to her chest.
It had been a year since Ema left. A foreign exchange student, she'd stayed with Kaede’s family, slipping into her life like a quiet summer rain, soft at first—and then suddenly, thunderously present.
She hadn’t known a thing about sumo, not at first. But she’d watched Kaede train, asked questions, tried it, stumbled, and stayed.
Somewhere along the way, she became a match—no, a rival.
Strong. Earnest. And on the dohyo, fiercely alive.
Kaede had smiled at the airport. She remembered that.
“Come back someday, okay?” she'd said. Calm voice. Light tone. But something inside her had fractured in silence, like glass breaking underwater.
Since then, she had graduated from university and taken up a job as a personal trainer at a local gym. The days were full. Her muscles were still sharp, her body still moved well. She was alive, healthy, even content.
But that one feeling—

第1章 熱の残像
真夏の午後。
灼けるような陽射しがアスファルトを叩きつけ、街のすべてを沈黙させていた。
蝉の鳴き声が、頭の奥で響き続ける。どこかで水の音がした気がしても、それは記憶の中の音かもしれなかった。
Kaedeは、トレーニングジムのカウンターに置いたペットボトルの水を口に含みながら、黙って扇風機の風に当たっていた。
動くたびに、タンクトップ越しに汗が滲み、肩や腕を伝って流れていく。鍛え上げたその身体には、今も現役のアスリートの名残があった。
「今日も、また思い出しちゃったな…」
口に出すことはなかったが、頭の中では、ある情景が何度も再生されていた。
──がっぷり四つ。
土の匂い、太陽の光、肌と肌がぶつかり合う瞬間の衝撃。
相手の鼓動が腕越しに伝わってきたあの感覚。
全力で押し合って、同時に倒れ込んだときの、あの、なんとも言えない高揚。
Ema。
名前を思い出しただけで、胸の奥がきゅっと痛んだ。
ホストファミリーとしてKaedeの家にやってきた、あの不思議な留学生。
最初はどこか遠慮がちで、相撲なんて未知の世界だったくせに――いつの間にか、自分と互角にぶつかり合う存在になっていた。
強くて、大きくて、でも笑うと優しくて、そして何より、土俵の上では誰よりも真剣だった。
1年前、帰国したEmaを空港まで見送ったとき、Kaedeは確かに笑っていた。
「また日本に来たら連絡してね」
そう言った自分の声は、思いのほか平静だった。けれど、胸の奥では何かが静かに崩れていた。
それからの1年、Kaedeは大学を卒業し、地元のジムでトレーナーとして働き始めた。
日々の仕事は忙しく、充実していた。体を動かすことは相変わらず好きだったし、筋トレも欠かさず続けていた。
だけど、あの感覚だけは、どんなに汗をかいても、再現できなかった。
──相撲がしたい。
いや、違う。Emaと、相撲がしたい。
その違いに気づいたのは、つい最近のことだった。
理由はよくわからない。恋とか友情とか、そういう言葉ではきっと足りない。
ただ、ぶつかり合いたいと思うのだ。あの時のように、言葉もいらない、ただ全身全霊で相手を受け止めて、押し返したい。
なぜだろう？ なぜそこまでEmaじゃなきゃいけないんだろう？
風鈴の音が、遠くの住宅街から微かに聞こえてくる気がした。
Kaedeは立ち上がり、汗のついたタオルで顔を拭った。
ふと、スマホの画面に目をやる。
「…何も、連絡来てないよね」
当たり前のように通知のないSNSアプリを閉じ、ため息をひとつ。
Kaedeはジムの扉を閉め、いつもの坂道を下って帰路についた。
夏の夕暮れは、まだまだ遠い。陽射しはじりじりと肌を焼きつける。
けれどKaedeの心は、そんな暑さ以上に、燃え残った熱でむずがゆく疼いていた。
Chapter 2: The Return
"I'm home," Kaede called out as she slipped off her shoes at the entrance.
The moment the words left her mouth, she froze.
Standing just beyond the doorway was someone she hadn’t expected to see again—
someone whose presence hit her like a gust of wind from a long-forgotten summer.
"...Huh?"
A white sundress, light and flowing.
Shoulder-length blonde hair swaying gently with the motion of a turned head.
And beneath it all, that unmistakable face—smiling, as if no time had passed at all.
“Surprise!”
“...What!?”
Kaede’s voice cracked, her body jerking back a step.
“Did I scare you?”
“Of course you did! What are you doing here? I mean—how... Why!?”
“I just felt like taking a trip. And when I ended up in Japan again, I thought... why not stop by? I wanted to surprise you, so I didn’t say anything ahead of time.”
Ema’s smile was exactly as Kaede remembered it—warm, easy, a little mischievous.
From the kitchen, Kaede’s mother called out. “Oh Kaede, you’re home. Ema showed up today, out of the blue! No warning at all—we were shocked!”
Her parents had already fallen back into their old familiarity with Ema. It made sense. She had spent a year in their home. She had been more than a guest—almost a daughter.
Dinner was already being prepared. The usual home-style dishes, joined by cold tomatoes and edamame—Ema’s favorites.
Kaede was still reeling, her thoughts disordered, but by the time she sat down across from Ema at the dinner table, the warmth of nostalgia had begun to melt her confusion.
The room echoed with laughter.
Stories from the time they had lived together, memories from university, tales from Ema’s life abroad.
Kaede stole glances at her across the table—subtle, curious.
She looked a little thinner, maybe, but her shoulders were broader now, her frame sturdier.
More woman than girl. Still familiar, but more composed.
More radiant.
“So, which hotel are you staying at?” Kaede asked casually as they sipped tea after dinner.
Ema looked sheepish.
“Well... about that. There was a bit of a mistake with my reservation. The place I booked wasn’t actually confirmed.”
“What?”
“So... um, if it’s not too much trouble, would it be okay if I stayed in your room tonight? Just for a little while?”
A beat of silence.
And then Kaede burst out laughing.
“You really don’t believe in easing into things, do you?”
“Hehe, sorry! But I’d really appreciate it.”
“...Fine. We’ve got the space, anyway.”
The words came out easily, her smile feeling natural again—almost effortless.
More than the idea of sharing a room, it was the simple fact that Ema was here, with her, under the same roof again—that was what made her chest feel strangely light.
They decided on the bath schedule together, pulled out spare toiletries, laughed over towels and old habits.
The rhythms of that shared year quietly returned, as if they’d never left.
And yet, somewhere deep inside, Kaede felt something shift.
The reality of Ema’s return hadn’t quite settled in—
but it was enough to stir something beneath the surface.
Even if this reunion lasted only a day, it might already be too much.

第2章 帰還
ただいま、と靴を脱ぎながら言ったその瞬間。
Kaedeは、玄関の先にいた“その人”を見て、目を疑った。
「……え？」
涼しげな白のワンピースに肩までの金髪がふわりと揺れる。
Emaが、そこにいた。笑っていた。
「サプラーイズ！」
「……なんで！？」
Kaedeは声を裏返しながら、一歩後ろによろけた。
「驚いた？」
「驚くに決まってるでしょ！ていうか、ほんとになんで……帰ってきたの？」
「ちょっと、旅に出たくなって。で、日本にも寄ってみたら……ついね。Kaedeを驚かせたくて、連絡せずに来ちゃった」
そう言ってEmaは、まるで1年前と何も変わっていないような笑顔を見せた。
台所からはKaedeの母親の声が聞こえた。「あら、Kaede、ちょうどよかったわ。Emaさん、今日来たのよ。連絡なしだったけど、まぁびっくりねえ」
母も父も、すでにすっかり歓迎ムードのようだった。EmaはKaedeの両親とも仲が良かった。家族のように過ごしていた一年間が、たしかにあった。
リビングでは、久々の夕食のための準備が進んでいた。いつもの和食に、Emaの好物だった冷やしトマトと枝豆が並ぶ。Kaedeはまだ少し混乱していたが、それでも一緒にテーブルにつく頃には、懐かしさと嬉しさが勝っていた。
食卓は笑い声で満ちていた。Emaが滞在していた頃のエピソード、大学での思い出、そして最近の海外での暮らしの話。
Kaedeは横目でEmaの横顔を何度も見た。少し痩せた気もするし、でも肩周りはがっしりしている。どこか、あの頃よりも女性らしく、大人びた印象を受けた。
「で、ホテルはどこに取ったの？」
食後にお茶を飲みながら、Kaedeが何気なく尋ねると、Emaは少し困ったような顔をした。
「実は……ちょっと手違いで、予約してたホテルが取れてなかったみたいで」
「え？」
「だから……もしよかったら、Kaedeの部屋、ちょっとだけ、泊めてもらえないかな？」
一瞬の沈黙。
そしてKaedeは思わず吹き出してしまった。
「なにそれ、遠慮する気ゼロじゃん」
「えへへ、ごめん。でもほんとに助かる！」
「……いいよ。別に、うち空いてるし」
気がつけば自然と笑っていた。部屋に泊まるという事実よりも、こうしてまたEmaと同じ空間で時を過ごせることが、Kaedeには何より嬉しかった。
二人でお風呂の順番を決めて、洗面道具を用意して、久しぶりの“共同生活”がゆっくりと始まっていく。
心の奥で、Kaedeはまだ信じられないような気持ちを抱いていた。
Emaが、またこうして自分のすぐそばにいること。
たった一日の再会でも、もう十分かもしれない。
でも――もし、もう少しだけ時間があるなら。
胸の奥に、かすかな期待が灯った。
Chapter 3: Rekindled
The sound of running water echoed faintly through the hallway, like distant waves washing over a quiet shore.
Ema was in the bath.
Kaede sat cross-legged on the futon, a towel draped over her shoulder, listening absently to the steady hiss of water.
The lingering warmth of dinner still hung in the air, but beneath it, something quieter stirred—unease, anticipation.
“Your turn!”
Ema’s voice called lightly from the hallway.
Kaede stood up and stepped out of the room.
As they passed each other in the hallway, Ema was fresh from the bath—wrapped in a towel, dressed in a thin T-shirt and shorts.
Her pale skin still flushed from the heat, shoulder-length blonde hair damp and clinging lightly to her neck.
Kaede blinked, turned her gaze away too quickly.

When Kaede returned from her own bath, Ema was already seated on the futon, knees hugged to her chest, her posture relaxed but her presence quietly intense.
The faint scent of soap lingered in the air.
Kaede sat beside her, towel still in hand, running it absentmindedly through her hair.
“This feels... familiar,” Ema murmured. “Us. Like this.”
“Yeah,” Kaede said. “Kind of like nothing’s changed. And also like everything has.”
They laughed—softly, easily. Stories from the past came tumbling out: the summer heat, their first clumsy practice match, Kaede’s dad’s thunderous snoring.
Each memory opened another, until the room was thick with warmth and shared time.
Then, amid a pause, Ema’s voice cut through the quiet.
“Do you still do sumo?”
Kaede’s hand stopped moving.
“Hmm... not really. I mean, with work at the gym, I don’t really have the time.”
It wasn’t a lie. But it wasn’t the truth, either.
She didn’t say that sometimes, she dreamed of it. That her body still remembered the way Ema felt against her—solid, powerful, unyielding. That part of her had never stopped wanting that contact. That collision.
She couldn’t say it. Not without sounding... ridiculous. Or desperate.
Ema was silent for a moment. Then she looked over, eyes searching, steady.
“Wanna fight?”
The words landed like a pebble dropped in still water—small, but the ripples spread instantly.
Kaede stared, heart lurching in her chest.
She felt exposed. Seen.
Every carefully buried feeling suddenly laid bare.
“…What?”
Her voice came out thin, almost breathless.
Ema wasn’t smiling.
She met Kaede’s eyes without flinching, gaze unwavering.
“After I went back home, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. About us. That day. The way we clashed.
It sounds crazy, I know—but I can still feel it in my body. That weight, that pressure, the heat.
And I... I want it again. I need it.”
Kaede couldn’t speak. Something ignited in her chest, hot and undeniable.
“You too?” she finally managed to whisper.
Ema nodded.
“Yeah. I feel stronger now. Not just physically—like, here.” She pressed a hand lightly to her sternum. “I want to go all out. With you.”
Kaede laughed. A soft, trembling sound, almost like a sob.
“Idiot,” she said, eyes shining. “Why didn’t you say that sooner?
I’ve been feeling the same this whole time.”
The room was quiet again. But the silence had changed.
Something between them had shifted—grown warmer, closer.
And somewhere in that stillness, a new fire had begun to burn.
第3章 再燃
シャワーの音が、遠くでさざ波のように響いていた。
Emaは風呂に入っていた。
Kaedeは部屋の隅で、タオルを肩にかけたままぼんやりとその音を聞いていた。
夕食の余韻と、どこか落ち着かない気持ちが胸の奥で絡まり合っている。
「次、どうぞー」
Emaの声が廊下から軽やかに響いた。
Kaedeは返事をして立ち上がり、風呂場へ向かった。
すれ違いざま、Emaは白いタオルを頭に巻き、薄手のTシャツとショートパンツ姿だった。
湯上がりの肌はほんのりと紅潮していて、肩にかかる金髪がしっとりと濡れている。
Kaedeは、その光景にふいに視線を奪われ、目を逸らした。
風呂から上がって部屋に戻ると、Emaはもう布団の上で体育座りをしていた。
さっぱりした香りが部屋に満ちていて、Kaedeはタオルで髪を拭きながらその隣に腰を下ろす。
「なんか、懐かしいね。こうして同じ部屋でしゃべってるの」
Emaがぽつりと言った。
「うん。…でも、不思議な感じ。時間が戻ったみたいで」
笑い合いながら、二人は自然と昔話に花を咲かせた。
あの夏の暑さ。初めて取った相撲のこと。Kaedeの父のいびきがうるさすぎた夜のこと。
小さな思い出が、ぽつぽつと浮かび上がり、部屋に柔らかな時間が流れていく。
けれど、ふとした沈黙の中、Emaが唐突に口を開いた。
「ねえ…Kaedeは、まだ相撲やってる？」
その一言に、Kaedeの指が止まった。
「……うーん、さすがにもうやってないかな。ジムの仕事、忙しいし」
嘘ではない。でも、全部じゃない。
本当は──今すぐにでも取りたい。Emaと。
けれどそれを言ってしまえば、何かが壊れそうで。
Kaedeは曖昧な笑みを浮かべた。
Emaは何も言わず、数秒間、Kaedeをじっと見つめた。
その視線が、やがてまっすぐに突き刺さる。
「Wanna fight?」
英語で囁かれたその言葉に、Kaedeの心臓が跳ねた。
ごまかしていた感情が、一瞬で剥がれ落ちるような感覚。
見透かされた、と思った。
それと同時に、信じられない気持ちも湧き上がってくる。
「……え？」
震えるような声が漏れた。
Emaは、微笑んでいなかった。
まっすぐに、真剣な目でKaedeを見つめていた。
「私ね、帰国してからずっと考えてたの。
あの時のこと。Kaedeとの相撲。ぶつかり合ったあの感覚が、ずっと、体から抜けなかった。
変だよね？ でも、ほんとに、身体が、また求めてるの。あの感触を」
Kaedeは、言葉を失っていた。
脳が追いつかないまま、胸の奥に火が灯る音が聞こえた気がした。
「……Emaも、なの？」
ようやく搾り出した声に、Emaは静かにうなずいた。
「うん。Kaedeと、もう一度、全力でぶつかり合いたい。
あの頃よりもっと強くなってる気がする。身体も、気持ちも」
Kaedeは思わず笑ってしまった。少し涙が滲みそうになった。
「……ばか。先に言わないでよ。
こっちだって、ずっと同じだったのに」
静かな夜の部屋。
二人の心が重なり合い、熱を帯び始めていた。
Chapter 4: The Mawashi
Even after slipping under the covers, Kaede couldn't fall asleep.
The lights were off, and the only illumination came from the faint glow outside the window, casting soft outlines across the ceiling.
Beside her, in the other futon, Ema was breathing quietly—too quietly.
It sounded like sleep, but Kaede was almost certain it was an act.
She was pretending too, after all. Chances were, Ema was doing the same.
The reunion.
That look in her eyes.
That voice.
And the whisper: “Wanna fight?”
Something deep in Kaede’s chest had been burning ever since.
“…Hey, Kaede.”
Of course. Ema's voice was a whisper in the dark.

Kaede replied just as softly.

There was a soft rustle of fabric from Ema’s side of the room.
She unzipped something quietly, fingers fumbling in the dark.
Then she pulled it out.
In the moonlight, Kaede saw it—and her breath caught.
The mawashi.
A length of white cloth, carefully folded.
Kaede couldn't take her eyes off it.
“I kind of hoped this might happen. That we might get to wrestle again.
So I brought it. Just in case.”
Ema gave a shy little laugh, barely audible.
Kaede couldn’t help it—she laughed too, muffling the sound in her blanket.
“That’s so unfair. You… that’s cheating.”
“I know, right? But I’m glad you’re smiling.”
They stifled their laughter together, shoulders shaking in the dark.
Even as they laughed, something warm stirred in Kaede’s chest.
That plain piece of cloth wasn’t just fabric to them.
It was memory. Meaning.
When they wrapped it around their waists, the world changed.
There were no words—just bodies meeting, testing, colliding.
Confirming something only the two of them could understand.
Kaede sat up slightly, turning toward Ema and studying her profile in the dim light.
“…Let’s get up early tomorrow,” she whispered.
Ema turned too, their eyes meeting in the dark.
“Yeah. I like the morning air.
It’s quiet. We can fight without anyone watching.”
A pause.
Then Ema spoke again, her voice almost lost in the stillness.
“I’m really looking forward to tomorrow.”
Kaede smiled.
“Me too.
Goodnight, Ema.”
“Goodnight, Kaede.”
It felt like a promise.
And in the silence between them, something warm and bright continued to smolder.
第4章 まわし
布団に入ってからも、Kaedeはなかなか寝つけなかった。
部屋の中はすでに電気が消され、窓から入る外の明かりだけが天井に淡い輪郭を描いている。
隣の布団にはEmaが静かに寝息を立てていた。…ように聞こえたが、たぶん、あれは演技だ。Kaedeも寝たふりをしているのだから、おそらくEmaも。
今日の再会、あの言葉、あの目、そして──「Wanna fight?」と囁かれたあの瞬間。
胸の奥で、ずっと何かが燃えている。
「ねえ、Kaede」
やっぱり。Emaの声は、ほんの囁きだった。
「うん」
Kaedeも声を潜めて答える。
「…私さ、実はこれ持ってきたんだ」
カサッと布団の奥から何かを取り出す音がした。
Emaがそっとファスナーを開け、手探りでスーツケースの中から引っ張り出したそれを、Kaedeは月明かりの中で見た瞬間、息をのんだ。
──まわし。
白い布が丁寧に畳まれている。
Kaedeの目はそれに釘付けになった。
「ほんとはね、ちょっと期待してた。Kaedeとまた取れるかもって。……だから、こっそり持ってきた」
Emaは少し照れたように笑った。
それを見て、Kaedeも堪えきれずに吹き出した。
「なにそれ、ズルいじゃん。そんなの……反則でしょ」
「でしょ？でも、笑ってくれてよかった」
二人で声を殺して笑い合う。
笑いながらも、胸の奥が熱くなっていた。
まわしというただの布切れが、二人にとっては特別な記憶の象徴だった。
その布を締めることで、言葉を超えた時間が始まる。
触れ合い、押し合い、競い合い、確かめ合う。
Kaedeは布団の中で身体を少し起こし、Emaの横顔を見つめた。
「……明日、朝早く起きようか」
Emaも身体を向けて、目を合わせる。
「うん。朝の空気、好きなんだ。誰にも見られずに取れるし」
しばらくの沈黙。
そして、Emaがそっと言った。
「明日が、楽しみだね」
Kaedeも小さく笑った。
「うん。おやすみ、Ema」
「おやすみ、Kaede」
それは、まるで約束のようだった。
二人の間には、熱を秘めた静寂が落ちていた。
Chapter 5: Face to Face
Kaede woke just as the sky began to pale.
The early morning air was cool against her skin, and from outside the window, the faint chirping of birds drifted through the trees.
Beside her, Ema was already awake, their eyes meeting in the dim light.
“Good morning.”
“…Morning.”
Nothing more was needed. Their hearts were already aligned.
They moved quietly, careful not to wake the sleeping house.

Ema retrieved the mawashi from her suitcase and handed it to Kaede.

Together, they stepped out into the forest, the world still hushed in pre-dawn quiet.
They walked the familiar path, deeper into the woods, where sunlight was just beginning to filter through the canopy in golden shards.
The air was heavy with the scent of damp earth and dew.
And there, waiting in the clearing, was the sacred circle of earth—their ring.
Kaede stepped into the circle, bare feet pressing into the soft ground.
Ema joined her, and for a long moment, neither spoke.
They turned their backs briefly, tightening the white cloth of their mawashi.
Their movements were practiced, but slower than usual—deliberate.
There was something intimate about the act, something ceremonial.
Their bodies had changed. They could feel it in the way the cloth hugged their hips and thighs.
They faced each other again.
And then, without a word, they stepped forward until they stood nearly nose to nose.

They crouched low into sonkyo, fists to the ground, eyes never breaking.

"Nokotta!"
They collided.
A thunderous, flesh-on-flesh impact tore through the forest stillness.
Shoulder to shoulder, chest to chest, they slammed into each other with full force.
Kaede drove forward. Ema held her ground.
The earth shifted beneath them, toes digging deep into the dirt.
“Kh…!”
Kaede growled through her teeth, muscles straining.
Ema grunted and shoved back, refusing to yield.
They locked together—arms, torsos, legs.
Gappuri-yotsu.
Their breath quickened.
Sweat traced down their necks.
But neither loosened their grip on the mawashi.
Neither stepped back.
They sank deeper into each other’s bodies, locking themselves in tighter.
No words were needed now.
In this clash of bodies, in this sacred space carved into the forest floor,
they spoke a language only the two of them could understand.
第5章 対峙
空が白み始める頃、Kaedeは自然と目を覚ました。
肌に触れる空気は少しだけ冷たく、耳を澄ませば、遠くで鳥のさえずりが微かに聞こえる。
隣の布団では、Emaもすでに目を開けていた。
「おはよう」
「……おはよう」
それだけで、ふたりの心はすでに戦う準備を終えていた。
音を立てないよう、静かに支度を始める。
眠っている家族を起こさぬよう、言葉も最小限。
Emaはスーツケースからまわしを取り出し、Kaedeに手渡す。
目と目が合い、笑みは交わさずとも、互いの意図は通じていた。
ふたりはまわしを巻き、髪を束ね、着替えを終えると、そっと玄関を出た。
目指すのは、森の奥深くにひっそりと佇む土俵。
朝の光が木々の間からこぼれ、淡く差し込んでいる。
湿った土の匂い。まだ蝉も鳴かず、ただ静寂と、ふたりの足音だけが響く。
土俵の中心には、前夜にふたりで約束したものが確かにあった。
その丸い輪の内側に立った瞬間、Kaedeの背筋がぴんと伸びる。
Emaも同じように、まわしの腰を軽く握り直しながら、正面に立つ。
ふたりは無言のまま歩み寄った。
やがて、鼻先が触れ合うほどの距離にまで接近する。
胸を張り、背筋を伸ばしたまま、目を逸らさない。
一点の曇りもなく、相手の瞳の奥を見つめる。
そこにあるのは、友情でも懐かしさでもない。ただ、闘志。
Kaedeの眉間には小さな皺が寄っていた。
Emaの肩もわずかに震えていた。
呼吸と呼吸が交差し、胸と胸がほとんど触れそうな距離で、ただ、見つめ合う。
この瞬間、言葉はすべて不要だった。
表情のすべてが「行くぞ」と「来いよ」を語っていた。
数秒。
けれど、永遠にも似た時間。
そして――ふたりは同時に一歩引き、蹲踞の姿勢へと沈み込む。
湿った土に素足を埋め、背を低く構え、深く息を吸い込む。
目の前には、まわし一つを身につけた相手の全身があった。
KaedeはEmaの身体を正面から見つめる。
――肩のラインが、あの頃よりも滑らかで柔らかくなっている。
胸は張りを増し、腰回りには女性としての丸みが宿っている。
それでいて、太腿や腹筋には力強さがあり、動けばすぐに火花を散らすような肉体だ。
Emaもまた、Kaedeの姿を見つめていた。
やや褐色の肌は陽に焼け、引き締まった肩と太腿が堂々と土を踏みしめている。
黒髪の隙間から覗く目は鋭く、まるで獲物を狙う獣のようだった。
──1年前とは違う。
それは確かだった。
けれど、違うからこそ、なおさら闘いたくなる。
この成熟した肉体を、真正面から受け止め、ねじ伏せたい。
どちらの瞳にも、もう迷いはなかった。
「「ハッケヨイ...」」
「「ノコッタ!!!!」」
そして──ぶつかり合った。
音が、鳴った。
肉体と肉体が、森の静けさを破ってぶつかり合う。
全力で踏み込み、全力で受け止める。
一瞬で、心も身体も、過去も現在も、全てが火花を散らすように衝突した。
「っ……！」
Kaedeが押し込む。Emaが耐える。
土がめり込み、足裏が滑りそうになるのを必死にこらえる。
「まだだよ……！」
Emaが押し返す。Kaedeが迎え撃つ。
がっぷり四つ。
肩と肩、胸と胸、腕と腕。
体のどこもが密着し、互いの鼓動と熱が皮膚を通して混ざり合う。
息が荒くなる。
汗が首筋を伝い落ちる。
けれど、まわしをつかんだ指は離さない。足も引かない。体を深く噛ませ合う。
何かを語る必要はなかった。
彼女たちは今、言葉の届かない場所で、確かに繋がっていた。

Oh my goodness. This is a masterpiece. The art is, naturally, amazing, but the writing almost rivals it! The relationship, the buildup, the characterization and their mutual desires are so intriguing. I hope they find whatever they are searching for in each other! Their relationship, while rivalistic, definitely had some romantic elements in the bedroom scene. Which language is your native language? The English story was so well-written.
