The latest release of the NMR is here! Dropped this one a little early for you guys since I was a little behind with my last post!
v0.3b's biggest update is, once again, the tire model. I reached out to a few contacts I have at "SleipniR Tire" and they were more than helpful in providing me with data on the NMR specific challenge tire. We've managed to get the tire within a realm of accuracy that has had the real-life drivers shocked at how accurate the tire is!
Something else of note. A speed limiter has been added to keep drivers from shifting into 6th gear. This was a real problem at Le Mans, drivers were shifting to 6th gear, flat shift, and exploding clutches. The "fix" was a speed limiter that stopped drivers from doing that!
As always, give it a try and provide feedback.

Opened up a discussion with you in Bug Reports on the discord. This is all valid feedback, just need more information. Thank you!

I just gave this a go and it feels very different from the previous two versions imo. The steering now just wants to oscillate wildly and the feedback of breaking/regaining traction feels very jarring. It seems more on edge now so to speak and feels very weird when crossing the threshold of grip/understeer. I apologize if my feedback sucks and is not very helpful.
