This style imitates the Paint Tool SAI Fringe layer effect which creates a thin border around the layer content, giving it the feel as if paper absorbs a bit of color from the watercolor or marker stroke.
Like in SAI, it is non-destructive, customizable and can be used while painting or applied afterwards.
