Update - Godot Vs Patreon File Limit and other news.
🕑 Added 2024-06-21 15:14:59 +0000 UTCOk, the bad news is that the next game I was working on is going to be delayed as I'm attempting to use aseprite and pixel art to make the file sizes smaller. The good news is that godot learning is moving swiftly and i've got a bunch of ideas for mini games and one major game that should be a lot of fun once I find a better way to distribute things.
As for the art, I didn't care for my first attempt in clip studio paint, but after taking a break and looking at it again, i don't think it's as bad as I originally thought. I'm just not used to how limiting pixel art can be, but i think it has some great potential, both for fan works and original works.
As for recent patreon rule updates as well as fan art stuff as a whole, i may have to start making "legally distinct" versions of characters, but since I've been wanting to do more sonic inspired kemonomimi stuff, this should be a big deal and honestly, i want to do more original stuff with more spooky elements. Regardless, as of right now, the things hosted here shouldn't be in violation of the rules but for some reason stuff starts vanishing or i vanish, S-Star is the place to follow me.
Lastly after a recent doctors visit, I'm going to have to take more time to work on my body / health. I've been making progress in getting my self back together, but have started to backslide a little bit so need to get that back in order.
So I think that's everything as far as an update goes, and sorry for the delay and rushed message. I just wanted to at least speak on what I'm working on before heading out for work and was unable to get what I wanted to upload finished before it got too late. But instead of rushing it, i think updates will be better so the final project will run smoother and look nicer. expect more sprite dumps and concept dumps on Tuesday/Wednesday, if not the functioning mini game I had planned.
Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and I hope to get a more substantial update to you all as soon as I can.
