Changes
-Added a detail setting for the LPV
-Changed the voxelization slightly to make it more stable and make it work better
-Improved TAA
-Fixed a bug
Known issues
-LPV Detail higher than 1 causes some shading issues due to how the LPV works
-Volumes are still too slow to enable
