The Powerup update 0.8.0
🕑 Added 2024-09-12 07:28:45 +0000 UTCIt's Koy! Hiya! It's been a while! My life has been suuuuper busy over the past few months. This update brings a new arena system, where rewards vary based on how long you take to complete the arena! Randomly generated chests now have a larger loot table, and will have a chance to spawn with common, uncommon, or rare loot! The powerup system has also been revamped, and should now function properly with the merchant, as well as appear on your screen correctly! We also added a new shiny combo meter! Finally, this update brings a large number of bugfixes. Baxter is still being implemented, and I think you're all going to really enjoy him when he finally releases.

• Fixed snoggler causing errors and behaving improperly
• Fixed dead hornet causing errors with damage calculation when hit
• Pressing escape while in a sub menu in the pause menu will now also close the sub menus.

• Verified quit button functions.
• Fixed low-opacity rectangle on pause menu
• Fixed npc portraits having incorrect colors
• Fixed some enemies walking around while being dead

Game has potential but not playable in its actual state. I really had a hard time and it was not fun. Too many bugs and softlocks.

I really like the art and music of the game! But with that said, it is completly unplayable. The the controls are really unresponsive, often times the character keeps attacking in one direction despite the opposite direction is pressed. The balance feels off, either you curbstomp the enemies or they curbstomp you, there is no inbetween. Getting knocked down with the meter to get back up is not explained and seems to only get you up again when it feels like it. The wasp enemy projectlies are impossible to avoid and just shuts you down completly. As others have mentioned, at the end of the run the enemies are invisible. There is also a bug where the chests do not open, this affected all chests, so no power ups. The Powers up are not explained or seem to do anything. The enemies can attack you before you get control of you character from the cutscene in the arenas. Defeated enemies disappear really quickly, making domination very difficult and you also lose your combo if you manage to do it, which does not feel good.

My Lovense Solace doesn't active at all. I've disconnected and reconnected it multiple times. Troubleshooted by trying it with another game and worked just fine. Hope it can be fixed soon!

I still get the usual issue of the game crashing constantly. Twice on the main menu alone before I even did anything, and again on the game over screen. I was hoping it'd be more stable by now, but still getting frustrated with how frequently this happens. It doesn't afford me much time to play the game and try things out when there's always that looming threat it'll just crash again.

I solved that using linux. not an ideal solution, but works sometimes .

It crash a lot on my pc I have a i9 14900KS Rtx 3070ti 32 GB of ram And 5Tb of space

Bugs: New Character just a floating icon. Invisible enemies that disappear when interacted with. Enemies that dont appear during a boss fight so you have to restart. However it feels much smoother!
