Hey everyone! Weโve got some exciting stuff planned for you this week. A new alpha is on the horizon!
๐ง Settings Menu Locked In
Weโve finalized our settings menu design and itโs ready for testing. The layout and functionality are set, and weโre just adding the finishing touches to the overall look. Weโd love to hear your thoughts once you try it out.
๐ค Reworked Dummy Entity System
The dummy entity has been fully recoded:
โข It now runs at you with real animations instead of sliding across the floor
โข I donโt want to reveal exactly what it does now โ youโll have to see for yourself. Just know itโs different, and definitely more intense
๐ ๏ธ Behind the Scenes
Weโre almost done with the main menu, and itโs looking really clean. Youโll get to see it very soon โ although this part will be saved for a future update.
๐งญ This Alpha Has an Objective
This time, there will be a clear objective to complete. Weโre aiming for a short but meaningful experience โ around 10 to 15 minutes of gameplay. Itโs not just a test, itโs a small playable slice of the bigger vision.
๐ Map Selection TBD
The only thing I havenโt decided yet is which map to include. I want it to feel just right, so Iโll spend the next day or so brainstorming before locking it in.

Release Timing
No official release date yet. I want it to drop as a fun surprise sometime this month. Keep an eye out

These alphas are simply for you all to test the systems. They only represent a small percentage of the full game. Weโve got a ton of content and features being saved for the public demo, and when you finally get to play it youโll be able to think โWow, I didnโt even expect they would add thisโ โ in a very cool way.
