Great chapter. Whilst still annoying Crow is a great foil to Tug, they bounce off each other effortlessly. I can see Tug's character blooming, she is a great character, a firm favourite. I'm intrigued to see where Tug and Max go now as Max reminds Tug of her obligations. Also Max's dialogue with herself is so endearing and quite funny, brilliant. Thank you

Nicely done. I understand why Max wouldn't have told how she and Tug got together. It seemed like she could have told an abbreviated version that left out some of the details, if she had another moment to work through that in her mind. But the arrival of Tug didn't give her that opportunity. I would have thought she had more questions in the last chapter prior to the marriage. And she let drop the whole fact that she was told she is going to eventually be able to turn into a beast. Finding out that Hawk is from the outside world makes me wonder why she never told her children about the world outside. I like this pair of characters though. I'm looking forward to seeing where this story goes. Eventually, when it is complete, I will re-read it all from the start again. Thank you for sharing your creations with us.

WOW!! Loved the way you have spun this chapter. The annoying little brother, sensible sister and Tugs true identity. However, Max’ character is a little confusing to me. Originally I pictured her as a strong minded person, although belittled by her father, she was still mentally strong. However, when she had the opportunity to explain how she met Tug she backed off. To me, her character should have been bold enough to explain everything. For me that was a big bomb drop from momo. At the end, she comes out with what she was sent to do. Are these higher priorities than what she know is going on biologically within her and her new so-called family. Don’t get me wrong I really liked this chapter. Feel free to let me know if I’m completely wrong here and miss what you intended to get across.
