I like think that Marrows semblance uses a lot of his Aura up, so they leave it as a last resort :)

One little thing, Marrow’s Semblance does work on things without Aura! We have seen him use it on Grimm, which are confirmed to have no soul, ergo no Aura. Otherwise, amazing reaction! I am in the same *fear* bus as you both!
