My 80's Beat Up Your 80's (Obscurity In Heaven)

Now, back to finishing and narrating this week's script. It might be the previously mentioned video about the elements of a comic book page or it might be about the 80's comic, Roachmill. Probably Roachmill. That's where my brain is leaning.

The final song was the only one I knew, and I can still picture its quintessential music video: Band set up in a room lip synching, and that's about all that goes on. Before MTV videos got all cinematic.

This is awesome! In itself it's unfiltered unadulterated awesome, but I get a good side effect -- dancin' actually helps my fibro and connective tissue pain if I'm careful. I've been dealing with too much other things lately and this is the motivator I needed!

Anyway no raise to Godhood for me alas - guess I'll have to go back to trying that golden sphere to ascend... sigh... only knew two of the songs on that 'show' (Fades to Grey and I eat cannibals) which were both big enough hits in the UK to seep into my childhood brain it would seem. That was great fun I'd happily listen to more of those!

Sorry yeah I meant the reprints from It's Alive! - these comics were new to me as I didn't have these issues - I only had some of the Dark Horse series and they made me nostalgic for those...

Well that's my run home music sorted... also Roachmill! Want to track down the old issues again (mine are long gone) as I read the revent series and that made me nostalgic for the old... but does it hold up...???
