Josh

FML this brought back a repressed memory of when me and my 2 brothers watched it as little kids and decided to put on a 'strip show' for our parents

Mick Mills

Mark Addy was Fred Flintstone years ago, he was also King Robert Baratheon in 'Game of Thrones' more recently.

HG

At 3 mins when you said about steel factories closing, the same thing has happened in Sheffield. No one can compete with Chinese prices

Edward Wilkinson

Glad you enjoyed, remember this coming out. I met Mark Addy (Dave) at a convention couple year back, really nice bloke

Dave Barratt

So glad you enjoyed this film for what it really is unlike all the homophobes who were moaning about it getting picked in the vote! They actually did do the full monty when filming but literally the second those hats came off they all darted off the stage as fast as possible which explains the sudden freeze frame!

Austyn Shaw

Not a huge fan of this film but Robert Carlyle impressed me more than anything when he played Hitler. That was some top acting

Daryl

Not seen this in quite a few years. Great fun, glad you enjoyed it.

Joe S

Yeah the main guy was played by Robert Carlyle, who amongst others you said, was also Begby (the psycho) in Trainspotting

BelladonnicHazeyJaneII

I don't think he's done the poll yet. Today will be the series 2 out takes of Derek I reckon. Then Josh will probably put the poll up:)

Sam Reeves

Off topic but does anyone know what the new Monday show is going to be?

Jake Snow

Right from my neck of the woods, this. That part in the beginning where they're stuck on the car in the canal and the old fella walks by. "All right?" "Aye, not so bad." is probably the most Yorkshire thing ever, always makes me laugh.

David Lyons

After this came out, Prince Charles happened to be paying a visit to Sheffield, and because the movie was such a hit, they had to reference it somehow. So they paid a little homage to the 'dancing in the queue' scene! https://youtu.be/yPlWO92DLmQ

After Work Reactions

LOL I can see that.

After Work Reactions

Oh ok yea I knew he looked familiar from something.

After Work Reactions

I know I am sorry to hear about that.

After Work Reactions

LOL agreed.

After Work Reactions

Thats cool bud.

Lee

Such a classic movie with a great soundtrack. Tom Wilkinson who plays Gerald was the Gotham City Gangster in Batman Begins and Robert Carlyle who plays Gaz has done tons of Movies including playing the Bond villain who couldn’t feel pain in The World is not Enough. The scene where they’re arguing over who is going to steal the video from the store and gaz says, “you’ve got an innocent face, I’ve got serial killer written across my forehead” was referring to a tv show role he played a couple of years earlier, where he plays a crazy guy who murders a shopkeeper. He is actually a very highly skilled actor.

Jay

This is Britain's answer to Magic Mike!

Bumbalada

Great reaction as always… how much of a patreon donation for you to do the full monty for us Josh 😂

Andy Farmer

Did you recognise Denzil from OFAH, Josh?

Sam P

You probably know him from playing Robert Baratheon.

Thomas Newell

Still hurts 😢

Thomas Newell

Great movie.

Michael

We're drowning our sorrows, josh

Rob Thompson

Just here from the football. A tad deflated, but 'Que Sera Sera' as Doris Day would say. Best English team I've seen in years, because it is young and doesn't seem to carry the arrogance of older teams. Hope the public and the gutter press are proud of what they have achieved and don't rake them over the coals like they have in the past; particularly the penalty kickers. Congrats to Italy; they played a better game overall and so are deserved winners. Confident the lads will deliver a good performance in a couple of years at the World Cup. Now I'll cheer myself up by watching some ugly depressed northerners get their kit off.

Manly Stump

Bunch of blokes stripping in front of a young boy with Gary Glitter playing - yikes!

Manly Stump

I'm definitely with you there, football bores the ever-loving arse off me!

TheHigh

Crackracket

My first gf was best friends with the son of the Indian actress in this film.
