After Work Reactions

LOL awesome man.

"Horsey to king bish three" - that phrase always comes to mine when I'm playing chess, but I completely forgot where the quote came from, until today!

Josh you had me in fits of laughter when you said your going to write an article on how in Red Dwarf a computer did a black face glad your enjoying the Red Dwarf journey

Justin Trudeau's first acting credit.....

Ethan furness

Best one yet!! We told you it get's better and better!! Haha. and it get's better still.....

Steve King

Chris Barrie (i.e. Rimmer) started out as an Impressionist (He was on the original series of Spitting Image) which is why is was so good at imitating Holly and Lister in this episode

BelladonnicHazeyJaneII

Good episode. Haha liked the blackface comment at the end, it has never even occurred to me until you said that lol. You seemed extra chilled out and cheerful today Josh, it's nice to see ✌

Caine

Can we still get that article about Holly doing blackface 😂 I died laughing when you said that. I don't even notice race so I hadn't ever thought about it, we don't have black cinema the way you do, I was 23 when I realised me and my lifelong best friend were different races not just different skin tone. Manners and respect from a currently snow dusted English West Midlands

Happiest Aku

I never knew that.

Happiest Aku

Definitely is. It got me when I first watched it and I felt betrayed by Holly for doing that because I thought he was deleted 😂

Ryan Lynch

I wonder if prefixing some technology with "smart" has been around for a while. Obviously we use "smartphones" but Lister referred to "smart shoes" in this.

Gareth Jones

Classic episode. Note that Lister doesn't turn on Holly even when he's just been electrocuted

Lewis Burridge

One of my favourites. Jape of the century.

martyn dodds

love this episode, great reaction mate, its good to get a holly episode now and then, holly is a top dude.

Adam C Turek

"a computer doing black face" best take yet. The actor who played Queeg, Charles Augins was Danny John-Jules (The Cat) Dance Mentor years before Red Dwarf. He was also the dance choreographer for the movie Labyrinth with David Bowie (also starring Danny John-Jules)

Z is for Zed

I didn'r realise this one was so early on, definitely one of the better ones!

Daryl

Love Red Dwarf day!

Rob Thompson

Definitely my favourite episode of the first two series. A couple more weeks, and then series 3 kicks off. Can't wait!

Ash Jeffries

This is also my favourite episode of the first two series but I also really like next week's. I'll explain in more detail next week why it's one of my favourites. Not only is series 3 a significant leap in quality, I do think the latter half of series 2 is an overall improvement on all that has come before too! Can't wait for you to see series 3-6! Great reaction as ever, Josh! Even the moments where you hummed the theme music! :-)
