Awesome man thanks for sharing =]

Edward Kemp

Fun fact 'Neil Hannon' in the list of Mrs Doyle's guesses for the priests name is the writer of the theme tune to Father Ted. Songs of Love by The Divine Comedy.

The intro hasn't aged well but the barmaid and the other priest were from another show entirely that was very popular, "Ballykissangle" (starring a young Colin Farrell), it was about an English priest that moved to a small village in Ireland and how he had feelings for the barmaid. It was a BBC show and Father Ted is Channel 4 so it was quite a big deal to see them crossover back in the day.

he was almost Thor in the MCU too, think it was down to him and Hemsworth.

Dave Barratt

The young priest who keeps panicking in the store is a great actor called Kevin McKidd, you should definitely check him out in some of his films (Dog Soldiers and Trainspotting!)

Jake Snow

Good thing they didn't take the baby in, they didn't have any All Gold, Frankenstein or Grrr.

Don't see any one else saying so yet, but the guy on the phone with the long hair who calls the priests a bunch of wankers, is Ed Byrne, who has appeared in a lot of the Mock the Week stuff you have watched, like when they wouldn't let him get to the mic and going ahead of him.

Ian Webster

Ballykissangel was really popular at the time - so it's a really dated reference now. I never saw it but it was big enough that everyone got the reference. And yeah, Dervla Kirwan. Absolutely. In a heartbeat.

Jake Snow

Ohhhhohoho! We all know which episode's next!

DUDE I just joined your Patreon after months of watching your YouTube/DailyMotion reactions. I've been patiently waiting for each episode on YT/DM and I had no idea you were this far ahead with all the shows, I feel like a kid in a sweet shop (American: candy store) right now! You should definitely make clearer in your videos what episodes you're up to on Patreon, you'd get tons more patrons! Now, which first... Father Ted, Extras, Peep Show... too many to choose from, it's like Christmas right now!

Christopher Horner

The woman Father Ted kisses is from a programme called Ballykissangel played by Dervla Kirwan (who is gorgeous) and the other man was the priest in that show played by Stephen Tompkinson and there was a "Will they, won't they?" thread running through the show between the two of them. They did get together in the end but she was killed off as Dervla Kirwan wanted to leave the show to pursue other projects.

Not sure if someone has already mentioned, but IT Crowd and Father Ted are written by the same guy. I can see some some similarities between the characters, I think Jen and Ted are quite similar!
