Do you have any working links for the rest of this show?

Leeroy Nabowitz

im a musician and the amalgamation of a bunch of different stuff is kinda what I think art is at the end of the day its a combination of influences and you I think originality will come to you in time

After Work Reactions

lol that killed me man I was cracking up so hard =]

After Work Reactions

lol yea there was a lot of gross stuff in this episode =/

After Work Reactions

Yes super gross!

After Work Reactions

I will be doing more soon man thank you, I really enjoy the xfm stuff I have watched so far =]

Your fucking laugh after "any sign of excitement" killed me. It's been 5 mins and I'm still cry laughing πŸ˜‚

I don't have any of my work posted anywhere else I would share:) I have some canvasses on my walls and give them away as gifts mostly. I know what you mean, I'm pretty good at staying focussed on one thing except for my writing. I write stories mostly but whenever I start one I get loads of ideas for another one and end up losing interest in the previous one so I find it difficult to ever finish them lol. I still enjoy doing it either way though so it is what it is :)

Just tucking into my dinner - made it through the dog part thinking thank god that is over...then the sick started lol

That vomit art scene was disgusting! I did what you did and took out my earphones, I was gagging πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Look at this Patreon thing grow Big Man. Isn't it about time you dropped your daytime job and concentrated on your real talent? For real, and forever.

I know you fear the running out of Karl stuff Josh but the XFM stuff is huge. There are a serious amount of hours there, it is amazing because you get to hear all Karls stories about growing up, monkey news, he just has to talk about anything and it is funny. His inability to understand the concept of infinity and thinking wonderful tonight is about "a little disabled fella" are gold. You will get very used to hearing "you're an idiot play a record" :)

Tony Smyth

I don't know what you're talking about. You sound like Fr. Ted saying ''Down with this sort of thing''. He didn't know what he was pontificating about too. Annoyed about something he hadn't seen., preaching from a book he never read past page seven and talking to an audience of One, His Holiness The Pope. My kids find their toys in dogshit. There's nothing wrong with that, you sicko.

Danny

I love Karl but I really thought this episode was rubbish to be honest. I remember how massively disappointed I was when it came on, especially after loving series 1. It seemed like the shows budget had been slashed massively. Previous series had him going all over the world in one episode. The choice of people for Karl to visit were awful and boring. Those dog poop guys were terrible! They was just causing trouble sticking toys in dog shit! Imagine how many kids would pick those toys up and gotten shit all over their hands! Why not just clean the damn shit up if they were so bothered about it. Final straw for me was the sick woman, I just turned over. I hated it that much I never watched the rest of the series.

After Work Reactions

Thanks bud I'll check the movie out. I never heard of it until Karl.

After Work Reactions

Yes it will end and that will be a sad day . But I'll wait a while and re watch them and try to recapture the joy lol.

After Work Reactions

Lol yeah for sure great show , gross art .

After Work Reactions

Yeah it was very weird lmao and how terrible would your day be after accidentally grabbing shit . The whole thing is wild.

I think what I love about the moaning of life and especially this episode is how much Karl has grown as a person since those early days at xfm. There is no chance in hell that Karl at 30 would've even thought about doing that performance art in times square, and yet he got right into it. Travel really did broaden his mind. this is definitely true with one activity he does in the next episode. And i came across a great show the other day and binged the whole thing, i think you'd like it. Its called murder in successville, its a spoof Cop/Murder mystery show. each week they have a different celebrity guest who has no idea what is going on and they have to improvise their way through the story and solve the murder mystery. the cast has a script and they leave all the bloopers in and just roll with it when someone breaks character. Its well worth checking out. theres a couple of clips on youtube, but not much.

Tony Smyth

What I mean is it's where he got his influences, from ten years before he was born.

Tony Smyth

I know he was only a sperm in the 1960s, swimming around, minding his own business and that, but he must've heard something and went, ''I'll remember that for later on in life. Let's get on with the swimming lessons.''

Tony Smyth

Take Karl's advice and watch the movie 'Kes' by a bloke called Ken Loach. It's set in Manchester, England in the 1960s. You'll learn where Karl came from. It's a brilliant movie and my own favourite too.

Tony Smyth

Admit it Josh... you're going to run out of Karl stuff eventually.

PunchyPariah

I was right with you on the vomit art. Had to look away. Great show though, and great reaction too.

daniel venables

that dog shit art was weird. I bet alot of people grabbed the art piece and the shit by mistake.

After Work Reactions

That's awesome . Let me know if you have your stuff posted anywhere I would like to check it out .That's only if you want to share don't want to seem pushy lol . Kudos to you for finding so many outlets for your creativity . Being a creative person is tuff if you don't do something with it . I have the bad habit of starting 5 different projects and zig zaging between them as I get bored lol .I agree it is very nice having creative hobbies even if it's not anything original.

BelladonnicHazeyJaneII

Your comment about feeling like anything you create being an amalgamation of something that already exists rather than something truly unique is exactly how I feel about my art work! I paint, draw, write, enjoy photography and make candles, lotions, cards and wax melts. I just do it for my own enjoyment and to make gifts for family and friends, it's nice to have a creative hobbies - even if we're not creating anything truly original. As you say, it's all subjective any way.
