I’ll be genuinely upset when we lose David Jason (Del Boy). He’s amazing, voiced one of my favourite cartoon characters from back in the day (Count Duckula) he also voiced DangerMouse. Great reaction too, i’m glad you’re enjoying it!

That’s true. But the struggle for the working classes to grind out a living using whatever intelligence, cunning and resourcefulness they have, is truly universal. Delboy and Rodders just presented it from the English perspective. :)

I'm surprised at how well this show has aged, some of the references are about 40 yrs old but it's still funny cos the characters are so likeable.

If you liked the pick-up scene in this episode, wait until you get round to watching the opening episode from series 6. There’s a scene in that episode that is still regularly rated as one of the most enjoyed scenes in British comedy history. “Play it nice and cool, son”...

I love how much you're loving these episodes and this is regarded as the weakest season, since it's only the beginning and they're just starting to introduce all the characters. But with you laughing that hard at these episodes, bodes well for the future

Are you going to do the specials aswell? There's loads of christmas specials inbetween various series, again all of the later ones, aside from the first couple (I think). are an hour or more long but they special for a reason. In fact after the 7th season, they only released specials for a long time until 2003. So just bare in mind the specials and later episodes could be over an hour long, including one of my favourites To Hull and Back which an hour and half and has no studio laughter

There is no where to get the complete uncut versions. There is one person in a FB group that has took lots of versions and uncut version to complete the most comprehensive uncut collection but even that has a few minutes missing. Not all episodes are cut and some of the cuts are jot really cuts they are replacement music for copyrighted music which the BBC would no longer pay the rights for. The biggest cuts are from the episode " A royal flush" which is way down the episode list so ages before you come to that episode, up to 20 minutes could be missing from some versions of that episode. Every Christmas had an hour or longer episode which are some of the best. Stick with the series though and you'll build love for del boy and rodders and the many friends they have and will see what a exceptionally well written and acted series it is. It really gets going when there uncle comes to live with them.

I know on Netflix the episodes used to be uncensored and unedited, they left in terms like the P-word and the derogatory term for Chinese people. I guess since BLM blew up, Netflix have started to delete and edit episodes of loads of shows now. But they used to be unedited

Yeah it can be dodgy but if I spot any genuine ones out there I'll let you know. The same goes for shows like Bottom and Porridge. The shows that get put on the dvd or tv now have bits taken out of them to avoid upsetting the easily upset people who haven't worked out that they can just stop watching it, and it's daaaaamn hard trying to find unedited's.
