Hey, if I get this right you want the male player bodys (in the real world) react accordingly to whatever is happening with them in the VR world. For example (as you said): If eaten, their real body dissolves like their VR-body does. The thing is, it doesn't matter what happens in the real world at this point. I could let their real bodys explode, evaporate, teleport into space and what else. They simply die. The whole concept now is that they basically live in the VR-world, which more and more becomes like the real world for the male population.
