In Aust there are products like mutesnoring.com that saved my partners sanity. As it stopped my nose snoring. It's good to see Joe has a learned to accept his situation

Difficulty sleeping is an unpleasant thing, whatever the reason or cause. I like to sleep with the windows shut but my bedroom door open so let in the air, even if I don't like the lights from other rooms coming in (so I try to shut them off beforehand).

It s an issue with people that are overweight and I don t mean just fat people . Even it s muscle it can cause snoring . Bodybuilder have a tendency to snore especially if they weight more then 220pound

My hubby didn't even snore, but I said he should get tested anyway and it turns out he stopped breathing 36 times an hour!!! (I was at 40, but I do snore. )

Honestly better than having your neighbors hear y’all having sexytime with the window open lol. I know from experience living in an apartment/flat. And my new neighbors will be hearing all the sexytime my bf and I be having in the bathroom all summer long since it’s very echoey and central location for sound to travel 😈😈😈😉

Joking aside, I can wholeheartedly recommend CPAP therapy! According to my bf, I stopped snoring completely and even though I didn't feel my sleep was impaired, it's much more relaxing now (and not just because my bf stopped poking me ;-) ). If it's really an issue, you guys should give it a try!
