Five Nights at Spirals - Editing Banter
🕑 Added 2021-11-17 21:00:04 +0000 UTC-------------
Story: “Have you received reports of anything unusual going on in the club [spirals]?”
Sleepygirl: you mean besides everything? :oP
-------------
Story: “Not responsible for memory gaps or personality alterations. Wait, what the fuck?”
Sleepygirl: ok that was a good one :oP
-------------
Story: “To apply, call 1-888-blnk-ur-mind.
Sleepygirl: ok i laughed out loud at that one, although it's got too many letters in it to make it match up to actual phone number length
[Everybody’s a critic =cP ]
SLeepygirl’s response: i was just proofreading, which is literally in my job description, so there :oP
-------------
Story: Jennifer snickered. “Linds...I doubt anyone would notice the difference.”
Sleepygirl: you need to turn Jennifer into a bimbo or something for that comment
Me: hehe not in this story. but the second story in this mini subset it titled... Sister location. =c)
-------------
Story: Lindsey [Originally spelled Lindsay]
Sleepygirl: ok i have a really dumb question, is her name spelled 'ey' or 'ay'? because it was spelled Lindsey for everything up to this point and i started thinking "wait, was i spelling it wrong the whole time?!"
Me: it's Ay, but funny because i also had to look it up because I couldn't remember the spelling of the name of my own character.
Sleepygirl: oh in that case i'm just going to go back and change all that :oP good to know it's not just me, heheh
Me: Oh shit wait! I was wrong i'ts actually EY holy shit i named this character!"
-------------
Story: small stuffed incubus.
Sleepygirl: i actually squealed a little bit at the thought of that because it sounds so fucking cute :oP
Me: hehe all of the games have a stuffed Freddy doll somewhere in them (usually on the desk) if you click it it makes a dog toy squeak
Sleepygirl: ok well that's still adorable :oP
Me: oh it is and it's an iconic part of the game which is why it's there =c)
-------------
Story: As Lindsey looked around she couldn’t help but notice the incubus doll and reached out to poke it, only to hear it make a loud squeak.
Sleepygirl: yep, cuteness overload :oP
-------------
Story: Lindsey reached out and poked the incubus doll
Sleepygirl: i giggle every time i think of this :oP
Me: which is why it's there =cP
-------------
Story: Yeah…i-it’s amazing that the human body can function without brainwaves, you know?”
Sleepygirl: depends on who you ask :oP
-------------
Story: “But hey!” the voice on the phone interrupted in what was the longest (yet source material accurate) voicemail that Lindsey had ever heard.
Sleepygirl: hehehe nice :oP
-------------
Story: “They hired security, but what they really needed was maintenance.”
Sleepygirl: new motto for FNAF :oP
-------------
Story: She had a police record that was as long as she was tall,
Sleepygirl: heheh i love this line but when i read it the first time i thought "wait, why does this sound like something out of like a 50s noir film" :oP (you know like the detective shit)
-------------
Story: “I’ll have to look that up later.”
Sleepygirl: in your free time, trying not to be mind controlled? :oP
-------------
Story: And everything else in her world disappeared.
Sleepygirl: you know...i wrote that dang line and i swear i felt myself get kind of fuzzy just thinking about it, i can't even blame it on you this time
Me: heheh, yuuup =cP
-------------
Story: The expression on her face shifted from shock to curiosity...until, of course, it faded away and became completely blank. Until all she could do was stare helplessly into the eyes of the succubus.
Sleepygirl: and this time i felt super dazed and zoned out while i changed this line. i swear i'm trancing myself or something…
Me: maybe you are =c)
Sleepygirl: it wouldn't surprise me at this point :oP again, cant even blame you this time :oP
Me: congratulations you are now hypnotizing yourself =cP
Sleepygirl: it was a fluke :oP
Me: uh huh
Sleepygirl: i admit to nothing :oP
-------------
Story: Lindsey almost drifted into a daze, herself, as she watched the scene. Seeing Midnight’s seductive nature in action made her wonder what it would be like to be in the blonde’s position? Totally helpless and captivated. Unable to move, unable to even think as she was seduced.
Sleepygirl: that makes two of us...
-------------
Story: or what it might be like to have the incubus do the same thing to her.
Sleepygirl: i volunteer as tribute :oP
-------------
Story: As the light flickered, the massive outline of the succubus could be seen staring into the security office at the young guard.
Sleepygirl: ok well that was the creepy moment i kept waiting for
-------------
Story: “Is...she still hypnotized?”
Sleepygirl: if you have to ask, you'll never know :oP
-------------
Story: “Nope!” Lindsey said confidently as she slammed the door down in front of Midnight’s face.
Sleepygirl: LOL, the only accurate response at this point :oP
-------------
Story: Don’t you want to see what happens next? Don’t you want to...join her now, my dear?”
Sleepygirl: maybe...
-------------
Story: She was starting to pant, partially from fear but also from… arousal.
Sleepygirl: she may not be the only one
Sleepygirl’s response to seeing this while approving the banter file: i implicate myself way too much in these banter comments :oP
-------------
Story: poked the incubus doll, smiling at its telltale squeak. “At least you're still here for me.” She said, giving it a smile.
Sleepygirl: yeah this just makes me smile, i don't care how many times i've said it at this point heheh :o)
-------------
Story: “Wait, seriously? 6 AM and this place closes up like a college during spring break?”
Sleepygirl: yes, because plot :oP
-------------
Story: I've heard he becomes a lot more active in the dark
Sleepygirl: all this reminded me of, for some reason, was the line from darkwing duck of "i am the terror that flaps in the night" :oP
Me: Well since Xander is based on me, you know my aversion to light =cP
Sleepygirl: Yes that fits you perfectly :oP
-------------
Story: She said with a grin as she poked the belly of the stuffed incubus on the desk, giggling at the squeak that it gave in reply.
Sleepygirl: i giggle every time i read this part in any store :oP heheh
Me: yeah that was an idea i am glad worked really well
Sleepygirl: hehehe yeah its one of my favorite parts, honestly
-------------
Story: I guess she doesn't like being watched.
Sleepygirl: total opposite of what i would expect from trisha :oP
Me: yeah just had to wedge her into the story some how.
-------------
Story: “She works fast.”
Sleepygirl: she hasn't figured that out yet? :oP
Me: From a writing standpoint, Lindsey and Trisha haven't met at this point in the story.
Sleepygirl: ok that makes a lot more sense in hindsight actually
-------------
Story: The voice in the room continued, unaware that she was speaking to two young women now.
Sleepygirl: i've always liked the idea of someone getting unintentionally tranced like that
-------------
Story: “Now...what was I doing?”
Sleepygirl: Being unsuspectingly hypnotized?
-------------
Story: “Damn it, that was just getting good.”
Sleepygirl: speaking for the audience, as always :oP
-------------
Story: swaying before the eyes of another woman that she had pinned to the wall.
Sleepygirl: yep, that checks out for her :oP
-------------
Story: The fact that she decided to sneak in the side entrance of a free night club didn’t seem to phase Lindsey at all
Sleepygirl: or anyone reading the story :oP
-------------
Story: Every beat helps you to simply focus and relax…more and more deeply on the watch… and on my words.
Sleepygirl: cue the editor focusing more on the words, too…
Me: Night night Sleepygirl…
Sleepygirl: I wasn't dazed that long so HA! :oP
Me: but you were dazed…
Sleepygirl: that is irrelevant :oP
-------------
Story: Lindsey looked over at her right hand, which was less than an inch from pushing the button to open the door.
Sleepygirl: damn, almost had her :oP
-------------
Story: “I was beginning to wonder if she swung both ways.” Lindsey mused to herself.
Sleepygirl: as if that was really in question :oP
Me: I realize that i write midnight in FF situations way more then M/F situations =cP
Sleepygirl: I have noticed that as well :oP
It's more fun that way =cP
-------------
Story: Ready to simply…sleep…for a bit.
Sleepygirl: may have just ended up a bit dazed from that...
-------------
Story: “Simply…sleep…that sounds so nice.”
Sleepygirl: i mean, it does...
-------------
Story: Her eyelids fluttered rapidly as they rolled up into her head. “Simply…” She mumbled as her head started to sink down towards her chest, “sleeee….”
Sleepygirl: yeah ok that pushed buttons
-------------
Story: “Son of a BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITCH!”
Sleepygirl: lol, that's one of the lets play reactions isn't it?
Me: Yeah, Markiplier in my head, but probably just about every let's player in history.
-------------
Story: Your arm is so light, so relaxed that it can easily just start to…float…and move…more and more easily…towards the button.”
Sleepygirl: my free arm may have twitched a bit here…
Me: LOL
Sleepygirl: Stop trying to mess with me, damn it :oP
Me: No
Sleepygirl: Yes :oP
-------------
Story: Then again, if they think you’re an empty headed thrall, they might try to...program you as if you were entranced. I wonder how that would work."
Sleepygirl: and what could possibly go wrong there?
Me: That line was so hard to adapt to this story =cP
Sleepygirl: you did a good job with it, but i can definitely see how it would be :oP
-------------
Story: "But it will make a great chapter for my report." She thought to herself with an almost giddy smile.
Sleepygirl: what's a few brainwashed girls in the name of a good report, really? :oP
Me: Says the editor that ends up one of several hypnotized girls that then gets reported on in trance session logs =cP
Sleepygirl: the irony does not escape me here :oP
-------------
Story: "I don't really need to hear your sexcapades tonight."
Sleepygirl: and the audience groaned in disappointment
-------------
Story: "What...the actual...fuck?" She slowly, and not so calmly, asked the empty room.
Sleepygirl: just a ghost, nothing to see here :oP
-------------
Story: Who else would be wearing an all white, skintight catsuit with a spiral over each breast?
Sleepygirl: someone who stole a uniform? :oP
Me: Why?
Sleepygirl: why not?
-------------
Story: "Fuck you twice sideways!"
Sleepygirl: she'd probably enjoy it…
-------------
Story: "Why do you keep leaving me gifts like some kind of perverted puppy?"
Sleepygirl: ok that one almost caused a spit take :oP
Me: heheh, i was kind of proud of that.
-------------
Story: "I wonder what that would be like?"
Sleepygirl: a night you'll never remember…
Me: Rim shot!
Sleepygirl: hehehe i was proud of that one :oP
-------------
Story: With a smile she closed the right door and sealed herself in the office, which she still felt was...mostly safe. Slowly, she began to slide her hand along her chest and under her security uniform, watching as the incubus mirrored her movements on screen. After all, she had until 6am to let her fantasies run wild.
Sleepygirl: not a bad way to end the evening, honestly... :oP
Me: Speaking from experience?
Sleepygirl: no, i don't know what you're talking about…
Me: Suspicion intensifies
-------------
Story: Trisha smiled and raised her leg, kicking back to her left and jamming both the door and the light buttons at the same time.
Sleepygirl: well that's handy :oP
Me: Both technically and plot wise.
-------------
Story: sink, and surrender to me.
Sleepygirl: ok the videos have made me a little too suggestible for that word…
Me: what word? Sink, sink sink... or surrender?
Sleepygirl: all of the above...damn you
-------------
Story: And to Lindsey’s poor, defenseless mind...those sounded like wonderful ideas.
Sleepygirl: i mean they do sound nice
Me: Don't they though?
Sleepygirl: yes but in my defense i was dazed
Me: That is the best time to slip an idea past your defenses
Sleepygirl: what are you slipping past my defenses?
Me: *waves hand at you* nothing you need to worry about…
Sleepygirl: yeah you're right, i'm sure it's fine
-------------
Story: Let everything simply fade away as you sink... into my words.
Sleepygirl: again...slightly too suggestible to that word now…
Me: You can blame Kitty for that, that was her suggestion to add that to the videos.
Sleepygirl: duly noted :oP
-------------
Story: as you simply let yourself... sleep!"
Sleepygirl: may haven been out for a minute or so there...maybe... :oP
Me: Mayyyybe...
-------------
Story: "Sleep!"
Sleepygirl: damn it…
Me: And she's out ladies and gentlemen…
Sleepygirl: again, no comment :oP
-------------
Story: She looked so lovely like this...eyes closed with her jaw open and slack. Not even the slightest hint of an expression visible on her face. She was completely helpless. Just how Trisha wanted her.
Sleepygirl: buttons sufficiently pushed...
-------------
Story: "That's a girl..." Trisha panted, breaking the kiss. “Do it...do it harder...do it faster...oh yeah, do it...do me...Yes! That's it!"
Sleepygirl: um...i'll be in my bunk…
Me: Alone? (and yes I get the Firefly reference)
Sleepygirl: no comment
-------------
Story: She fell down into her chair and sighed. "I really do hate this job." she said as she slowly spun in her chair.
Sleepygirl: wow that's a little too relatable :oP
Me: yeah writing a person stuck in a job they absolutely dread and just the stress and tension of simply showing up at work every day was somehow very easy for me to write
Sleepyhypno: and very easy for me to relate to!
-------------
Story: but what really got Lindsey's attention was a familiar, almost melodic, knocking sound coming from what she assumed was the security door. Inside the call. "It’s...it’s been a bad night for me. Umm...I-I’m kinda glad that I recorded my messages for you."
Sleepygirl: nice job with this paragraph in general, it definitely has the creepiness factor going for it
Me: Honestly, I've watched so many lets plays, and theory videos and just fan videos of this game making this seem creepy was just easy as fuck.
Sleepyhypno: it shows, you did quite well :cP
-------------
Story: and was spinning them around the heads of both young women that she was dancing with. Similar to the way a dancer might swing glow sticks around their body at a rave.
Sleepygirl: it's based on something a friend would do In second life.
-------------
Story: Standing in the shadows at the end of the hallway, barely noticeable on camera, was Xander. The night vision setting of the camera made his eyes appear to be almost...glowing. And he was staring directly at the young woman...the woman slowly making her way towards him, as if she couldn’t resist.
Sleepygirl: well that's a sexy little image…
Me: yeah also based on images from FNAF... 3 I think?
Sleepygirl: it worked quite well though
-------------
Story: Her feet weren't even on the ground, they were behind her as if she had been dragged the last few feet.
Sleepygirl: even better :oP
-------------
Story: a pair of panties in each hand, both soaked to the point of dripping.
Sleepygirl: whenever i see something like this, i'm just going to keep thinking of the line of 'why do you keep bringing me gifts like some kind of perverted puppy' :oP
Me: hehehe, glad that could be memorable for you.
Sleepygirl: heheh it was a good line, what can i say :o)
-------------
Story: Her top was unzipped, and her left breast exposed, but she was completely alone.
Sleepygirl: might as well leave her for someone else to enjoy :oP
-------------
Story: That was when Lindsey lost her shit.
Sleepygirl: to be fair, it did take her this long
-------------
Story: but if that blow were to connect she was confident in her ability to break whoever or whatever was behind her.
Sleepygirl: honestly i'm pretty confident in that too :oP
-------------
Story: Technically, as the security guard on duty, the office was...again, technically, hers. By telling the vampire to go away and that they were not wanted, it was the same as uninviting them from her domain. The vampire had no choice but to leave. But again, it was a technicality...and one that might not work a second time.
Sleepygirl: technically, right? :oP
Me: I had to figure out a way to get her out of the security office
Sleepygirl: i know, and it was a good idea, i'm just giving you a hard time :oP
-------------
Story: "Contact hypnosis is so..." She paused to unzip the young woman's uniform so she could slide the left side of her uniform down and kiss her shoulder, "useful. Don't you think so?"
Sleepygirl: very useful, in fact :oP
-------------
Story: The vampire’s kiss, in addition to exposing her skin, wasn’t helping either.
Sleepygirl: can't imagine why :oP
-------------
Story: "Come now, little one.” She said, giggling again. "Let me help you quiet your mind". The vampire finished, leaning in closer to the helpless young guard.
Sleepygirl: what could possibly go wrong?
-------------
Story: The light in Lindsey's eyes faded as the young woman was rendered essentially mindless. Her mind was completely turned off, and she wouldn’t be having a single thought...unless the vampire allowed her.
Sleepygirl: always a nice image
-------------
Story: The instant she did, Lindsey’s body went limp on her feet. Her arms fell to her sides like lead weights and her face instantly went slack as her head fell forward. Kelli reached out and steadied her helpless prey, just barely keeping her on her feet.
Sleepygirl: i'm going to have vampires on the brain now..
Me: your welcome
-------------
Story: The expression on her face was one of stress and exhaustion, and her jumpsuit was worn and stretched. It looked like she had thrown it in a corner on day one and never bothered to smooth or adjust the white, skin tight security catsuit. Her hair was as frazzled as the rest of her and had been thrown up into a messy ponytail.
Sleepygirl: hey look, it's me, every day at work :cP
-------------
Story: “No!” She shouted, frustrated at her own thoughts. “I am not letting him get to me OR my mind!”
Sleepygirl: because drama
Me: Basically.
-------------
Story: “Yebo slrig doog, peed og slrig doog, peels ot og slrig doog” over and over again.
Sleepygirl: took a minute for my brain to realize it was backwards :oP
Me: in the game night five is reversed
Sleepygirl: yeah I realized that after the fact too, its been so long since I saw anything from the game that I forgot the setup basically
Me: I didn't =cP
Sleepygirl: Well you keep up with it more than I do by like...a lot :cP
-------------
Story: As soon as the screen shifted, her right hand bolted from the panel to hit the button to her right, slamming the door to the ground and blocking Nadia as she continued moving through the cameras
Sleepygirl: multitasking, activate! :oP
Me: Have too in this game
Sleepygirl: especially at this stage of the game rimshot
Me: *groans*
Sleepygirl: i'll see myself out :oP
-------------
Story: a part of Lindsey turned on as she stared at the incubus.
Sleepygirl: uh huh...turned on...sure :oP
-------------
Story: She let herself gaze at the screen and into his eyes, into his soft relaxing eyes. And for the first time all night...she began to genuinely, truly relax
Sleepygirl: that's how he sucks you in... :oP
Me: speaking from experience?
Sleepygirl: no of course not, i have no idea what youre talking about...looks innocent
-------------
Story: “Was I hypnotized?”
Sleepygirl: i ask myself that a lot…
Me: The answeris almsot gauranteed to be yes
Sleepygirl: even though i feel like im oblivious to it most of the time :oP
Me: You are.
Sleepygirl: i will have a smartass remark for this at some point today…
Me: You won't.
Sleepygirl: Oh i absolutely will
Me: *Waves hand at you* You won't…
Sleepygirl: you're right, i won't
-------------
Story: despite being slightly off key.
Sleepygirl: that sounds about like what i would expect actually :oP
Me: The song in the game sounds off key to me. However, I can actually whistle quiet well and am usually not off key =cP
-------------
Story: And she could already feel his words relaxing her.
Sleepygirl: and also the editor, possibly...a little...
-------------
Story: Then she felt his lips on hers and the other voices fell silent.
Sleepygirl: i'm going to be having fantasies about this, i can see it now
Me: Kind of the point.
Sleepygirl: to make me have fantasies about this? that's kind of an odd goal :oP
Me: You, the patrons, the readers, everyone! one giant orgy basically.
Sleepygirl: ahhh so your goal is a giant orgy then, got it :oP
Me: Duh
-------------
Story: “So nice to simply…sleep.”
Sleepygirl: once again...dazed by the unexpectedness of that
-------------
Story: Lindsey felt her arms and legs relax as her eyes rolled into her head while her body became as limp as a rag doll. But she never felt any part of her touch the ground as she drifted away into a deep hypnotic sleep.
Sleepygirl: very nice image to end on... :oP
-------------
Story: Ringtone of “Casual bongos” echoing through the bedroom
Sleepygirl: ....casual bongos?
Me: It's another game reference, in "Sister Location" you have an AI program that keeps asking you questions (like your name, preferred company gift basket, and background music preference) but the hand unit you enter the information in is very faulty so no matter what you put it in goes in garbled then the Ai 'goes "I think I see what you mean let me help you!" and lists your name as "Eggs benedict", Your company gift basket as "Exotic Butters" and sets your background music to "Casual Bongos"
Sleepygirl: ok that's kinda hilarious though :oP
-------------
Story: “I’m fine, Jen.” Lindsey responded in a monotone, almost blank voice. “I was just tired. So I came home and slept, deeply and soundly.”
Sleepygirl: ok this is pushing a hell of a lot of buttons, i think because he's pulling strings and her sister has no idea...and also obviously because she's so out of it at this point
-------------
Story: “No thank you.” Lindsey began in the same monotone voice. “There is nothing to find at Spirals Nightclub, it’s a dead lead. I am going to sleep now.”
Sleepygirl: yep...buttons are continuing to be pushed...damn
-------------
Story: The young woman’s body responded lazily as she took a deep breath and slowly returned the kiss. Between kisses she began whispering in a soft, monotone voice. “Good girls go to sleep…” she started, responding to the kiss before continuing. “Good girls go deep…” The response was longer this time as her body began to surrender to the feelings of his touch and kiss. “Good girls obey…” Lindsey let out a gasp and a moan as his tail began to pleasure her even more deeply, sending her over the edge and into a blank, dreamless sleep.
Sleepygirl: ok well...now that i've been reduced to a puddle because of being so damn turned on from editing the epilogue...also if i end up with that 'good girls go to sleep', chant stuck in my head i'm going to blame you :oP (Editing Sleepygirl: grrrr i JUST got it out of my head!)
Me: Also intentional
Sleepygirl: which part?
Me: all of it?
Sleepygirl: that was kind of what i figured, but you never know...either way thanks a lot :oP
