More views - Weekly(tm) Update #8

So, what has changed in the past two weeks? Well, not much. There has been a change in the code that verifies (new) views. What used to be is that one person (logged in or not) could only generate 1 view per video per year. This has been changed to 1 view per 12 hours for logged in users, and 1 view per 48 hours for "guests".
Why this change? The hope is that the trending page might show older videos more, making old videos visible for newer users. Another nice extra for uploaders is that views will go up for your videos. The thought behind this change is following other websites, where one user may account for multiple views, but also to help against cheating the system by still limiting just reloading to get views.
