Stationmaster 2 0.5: Optimization and Bug Fixes Now Available for Soldiers

Major Changes
- Optimizations were the focus of this one. I did a lot of trawling through, and performance seems much better for it.
- Greyed out galaxy map for now (It was a lot more broken than I realized, so getting that together will be the next patch)
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug that caused some outfit selections to select the wrong outfit
- Fixed a set of bugs that caused input "contamination" across rules
- Stats can no longer be negative
- Cut era from date string on reports
- Fixed a bug that caused a bouncing build window after double clicking.
- Reports window now maxes out at ten months.
