Sorry about the incredibly long delay for this update. I've been working on the game quite a bit, but just kept getting further and further behind on the community stuff.
At this point, I'm mostly wrapping up loose ends (balancing, minor bugs in the galaxy map, a couple small menus, and the like).
The short answer is that I expect be able to release 0.1 by the end of this month. Of course, this being game development, there's always the possibility of delay, but it's pretty close.
