We would like to inform you about a temporary issue on this platform we are currently experiencing with the extraction of the monthly Patron's list, but we are committed to assist you one by one to receive the previous monthly releases you pledged for.
The current lists, even setting the filters as usual, includes individuals who have not pledged, while excluding some of our valued patrons. As a result, we are unable to deliver the monthly release of previous months as planned by automatically send you a message or creating an user group on MyMiniFactory.
However, we want to assure you that the current monthly release is still accessible to all of our subscribers till the last day of the month, allowing you to access it as usual.
- If you happen to miss the deadline, simply send us a private message here, and we will provide you with a link, since we can check if you pledged one by one as you ask.
Rest assured, we are actively working with the Patreon team to find a solution to this issue and to fix the way Patreon export the lists selecting the tiers. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. We will keep you updated on the progress and ensure that you receive the monthly release promptly once the issue is resolved.

Exactly. I rarely get my files from the monthly release. I usually access them on demand on MMF. I just hope they’ll eventually show on MMF.

Man this month is a crazy one for the AG team when it rains it really pours .... Keep your heads up. You can't enjoy sunny days without some rainy ones.

I have asked on reddit and they seem to be the same for developers. (Titan Forge just switched to tribes) I kinda prefer MMF since they release the files there anyways, but patreons chat is way better.

I swap everything I can (except for AG, I guess I missed this one) over to Tribes, but yeah, I have to follow everyone here just to see news. But then I can’t comment on anything, so it’s not a great system. Tribes SUCKS for communication, though.

I have to admit, I only stay on Patreon because it's much better to communicate. I find the Tribe feed not very useful. On a different note, if you are ever doing Elves again, Please give them chainmail :)

If it is the recommendation to switch to Tribes, I will probably do that. In the interim I've sent a message on Patreon about missing files. Really hoping I can get a link soon so I can work on the Defenders of Lok-Badar.

Communication is tougher because there’s no front page like patreon. You have to find their profile then click their tribes and then look for updates. I have a couple small tribes and I so often just forget they are there

If the price is about the same, I would be up to switch to tribes as well, I heard that patreon takes a hefty fee, so if that means that I am getting the same service at a greater benefit to you I'm definitely making the switch!

Tribes is straightfoward, I select a month, like "May", and set the correspondent monthly release to it. It manages everything on its own by adding it to your library.

It's a temporary situation, we are cooperating with patreon to make sure that it's solved. Hopefully it's just few days

I'm thinking migrating to Tribes next month is the answer for me. At least MMF to MMF should be seemless being the same platform. Then Andrea can focus on more art, less on administration with a broken system.

I'm not sure to understand, does that means that neither April's release nor May's will be available to Patreons on MMF ? So we need to download both sets before the deadline and keep it or never be able to redownload them ? If so is it only those two month or will it be the same in the future ? I don't have a lot of storage capacity and if Patreon won't allow me to get those on MMF I'll migrate to tribe
