Hello Adventurers and Merchants of the guild!
It's finally time for some new figures to be released!
The Tritons are the main characters of this new releases, cousins of the Sylvan, Deepwood and Ashen Alfar who normally roam the lands of Aera and Rotvar. Feel free to use them as you need: from actual tritons, to sea elves, or anything in between.
You might have noticed a huge turtledragon, coming with and without riders option, and for the first time ever, also the regular 3 mounts, the Swordeels, will be available without saddle!
All the modular Triton Raiders troops comes with and without hairs, we had many private messages and public requests to have these guys balds.
As always all warriors comes with balljoint sockets in the wrists to be combined with many weapons: tridents, spears, blades and shields. Heroic weapons are modular too, and of course all older Alfar bows and weapons are compatible with this set with no resize needed.
The standalone weapons (with no hands) are provided for any kind of kitbashing and rotation both pre & post print.
This set is called Sunken Kingdom I because in a future we would like to expand this faction with some new unique sculpts. Just how we expanded the Deepwood Alfar with the Sylvan Knights. The ideas are many, but the time of the month is limited: let's focus on this first set now :)
LINKS are located just below the next picture ^^
SUNKEN KINGDOMS I - LORE
Triton Raiders
The Tritons are the proud folk of the seas, which ancestors are common to those of the Alfar. Being one of the people elected by Holmuran, God of Water, their role is to protect one of the legendries Scale of Holmuran in the Sunken Kingdom, in the center of the Tridlian Sea.
This artifact gives them the power to control the Tides in their region.
Divided into houses, they are led by the Council of the First, composed of the most ancients Tritons. They are formidable adversaries both underwater and on land, thanks to their innate dexterity and their mastery in the use of the mysterious tridents and blades built in Aquitrium alloy.
Seeing the corruption that spreads in every living thing, the Tritons isolated themselves from the rest of the world, unconditionally attacking anyone who dared to enter their territory and vowing to rid the sea of Holmuran's enemies. Their sworn enemies are the Jurakin, who had been corrupted and deceived by one of the fearsome Tide Tyrants who follow the schemes of the Tyrant God Tialevor himself.
All Triton Raiders comes with and without hairs, and balljointed wrists for infinite combinations.
Swordeels Raiders (and standalone Swordeels)
Like any self-respecting people of the seas, the Tritons also has their mounts. Of all marine animals, the Tritons chose Swordeels because of their physical characteristics. The great speed and agility of the eels allows them to move extremely quickly and hit enemies with great precision, giving the merfolk maximum benefit in terms of speed, mobility and attack power.
This month, the beasts will be available also without saddle.
Alyssa, Priestess of Holmuran
Since the beginning of her life in a secondary Triton House, Alyssa demonstrates an uncommon skill in arcane manipulation. She was feared by her family so much that she was named "The Sea Witch". Thanks to the many victories against enemies of Holmuran and the pirates who overrun the surface of the Tridlian sea, she has been elected as Priestess and her House has been allowed to enter the Council of First, now named as House Arcana. Alyssa role is now to protect the Holy Scale of Holmuran and to use it to control the tides.
Siryus Jurabane
According to the beliefs, Tritons born during the storms are rejected by Holmuran.
The day of Siryus birth is remembered as the day of Holmuran's Rage.
Even being the son of one of the most influential councilor he was marginalized, and when age permitted, he was sent to die on the front line against the Jurakin.
But death that was not the fate of the most powerful of the Tritons: Siryus survived all battles and become a nightmare for the Jurakin, converting himself as one of the most important Heroes of this people. Thanks to Siryus today beliefs have changed: when a Triton is born, if the sea is stormy, it is Holmuran's cries of joy for the birth of a new champion!
Dragonturtle Leviathan
Lord of the dark depths of the sea, while on the hunt he saw a group of Tritons who unfortunately had ventured into his territory.
In the midst of the feast, however, he heard a voice… someone was speaking to his soul.
The dragon heard his lord's voice from Nynphea, the blessed nymph.
Instead of satisfying his appetite he decided to listen to that lament and discovered what was happening in the Submerged Lands: a deity who was not Holmuran wanted to rule the seas. The wise dragon decided to spare the Nymph, charmed by her spirit and chant. Until the seas returned to the dominion of the god Holmuran, the dragon would fight alongside Nymphea and the Tritons of the Sunken Kingdom.
Nynphea (Triton Pinup)
Under mysterious circumstances, few female Tritons are born as Nymphs, with the special feat to use the voice to communicate long distances through ultrasounds. This power is also used to confuse and charm the fool sailors and fisherman who dare to listen to their melodies.
Soon it was clear to everyone that Nynphea, Blessed by Holmuran, was unique among her sisters, has she possess the innate ability to speak with all the creatures and animals of the Sunken Kingdom. It was thanks to this special skill that Nynphea convinced the ancient Dragonturtle Leviathanto fight alongside the Triton when the enemies of Holmuran are so powerful to threat the Holy Scale.
Triton Soulcannon
House Arcana not only normalized magic in the Triton society, it also provided powerful invention based on animancy, such the mysterious Soulcannons. These huge weapons are used in defense of the Holy Scale temple, or as siege weapons mounted on top of the Dragonturtle.

I'm looking at MMF and I haven't received any notices about "objects shared with me". They seriously suck. This isn't the first time I've contacted them about this.
Juls
I dont think they've shared it yet, theres several people saying this same thing.
Brent Andrews

Dude, Cthulhu has been doing SQUAAAAATS
Rexidus
I really love the art style and am going to be a patron for a long while. I seem to having some issues with the turtle parts not sticking to the build plate completely and some supports failing. Seeing the comments it looks to be just me even though the hobgoblins print just fine.
Artisan Guild
No need to be bummed! You have acces to the files. The link in in the post. Enjoy it! :)
Patrick Krog

Ottertart ghostyheart

Erik Battle
AG, you nailed it again. These figures are so much fun to print out and put together!
Tarnoc Doino
Had the first batch come off the printer this morning. Of all things, the tentacle base for Siryus failed and everything else on the print went perfect. Looks like more time to get that right. Love the tentacle…
Kyle Simmons
This epic boss is wonderful, thank you for making it
Martin Dickson
D&D also uses "Triton" for a playable race of aquatic humanoids much like elves but with webbing on hands and feet, some fins on forearms and lower legs, and gills. So, depending on the source, Triton and Sea-elf may be basically the same thing.
James Harrison
Replacement CC finally arrived! Hope it hasn't affected my 3 month subscription for the epic boss!
TheNoLifeKing
Thanks yeah this set feels more like sea elves than tritons hopefully there are more underwater themes
Feastingduke
a triton is usually half man / half sea creature (like a dolphin, shark or even crostacean tail)
TheNoLifeKing
Whats the difference between Tritons and Sea elves
Huw Williams
Amazing! The Jurakin have been my favourite faction since I first joined, so I’m super happy to see more ocean minis! Great stuff guys. :D
Felix Flauta
I love these! So... What's next? :D
Sebastian Spandl
That said, i'm a bit sad that the Priestess' Crest clips throuch her pouldrons all over the place, that just seems a bit sloppy for a hero-type mini :( not used to that kind of problem from you guys!
Sebastian Spandl
Great new set! Tho i have to say, it'll take a bit of getting used to those Wing-Vests xD
Love the unsaddled option for mounts!
Miles Lewis
That's a lot of turtle pieces!
