As we re-uploaded everything during the weekend, we also took the time to re-check every file. This Jotunn various version (to fit different printers sizes) has been printed multiple time and had no issues on its final version in our hand, but if you have any kind of problem please don't exitate to tag @Sephiroa, @Omn0mm and @Risc66 in the pre-supported channel in our Discord.

Vulkarion the Fire Jotunn King is finally available!
This character, an epic Herald of Tialevor, is the emperor of the Dumlok (the previous release) and sworn enemy of the Arverians (available now).
Get to know him better in the Lore at the bottom of the post :)
Vulkarion is the Epic Boss of the 2nd Season of 2021 (April+May+June 2021).
As for every Epic Boss, you will receive this for free if you supported us during the full season.

HOW TO OBTAIN THE STL
- If you have been supporting us for all the 3 months listed above you received the Epic Boss through MyMiniFactory library. (check "All Emails" and "Promotions" inbox).
- MyMiniFactory is using your Artisan Guild subscription email, so you could alternatively log in with it in MMF and claim your boss inside MY LIBRARY -> OBJECT SHARED WITH ME.
In this example it's the Ashen Manticore: 
- If you have been supporting for the FULL SEASON and still you didn't received your reward, please contact MyMiniFactory support team at info@myminifactory.com They are handling the MMF library system and they possess all the Patrons lists :)

Vulkarion Lore
It is known that Fire Jotunns are born from the core of a dying, but not Vulkarion.
During a catastrophic battle between the Fire God Omuba and the Water God Holmuran, the index finger of Omuba's was cut.
The incandescent finger of the Fire God fell in the plains of Kamantra, planting itself in the depths of the earth and digging what is now known as the legendary Hell Maw, one of the great entrances into the kingdoms of the Depths.
The Finger of Omuba has been found and kept as a sacred relic from the Dumlok and continued to burn for 5 centuries. When the flame of the God was extinguished, Vulkarion, Son of Omuba, was born; king by birthright over all the Fire Jotunns.
The Dumlok swore eternal allegiance to Vulkarion, a gift of their God to impose their supremacy over all races of the Depths, and with him they conquered countless territories; until the Tyrant-God Tialevor convinced the Son of Omuba to help him to conquest the continent of Rotvar, in the surface.
In exchange for his help Vulkarion would become the overlord of the depths, one step above the hated Slathaai, who were now their allies.
Becoming one of Herald of the Tyrant, Vulkarion next task is to destroy the reborn Sacred Tree Yaldain, located in the Rotvarian forest of Deepsroots and protected by the furious Arverians. Being the Tree a simulacrum of the Goddess Arba itself, one of the three deities killed during the ascent of the Tyrant-God, Its divine core can infuse terrible power into Tialevor's thirsty hands.

I got a response from MMF. My email was not linked to my User Name apparently. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. You have been with them for a year with no problems, so I doubt that is the problem.

Yeah, I had payment issues at the start of this month (Paypal refused to process Patreon entirely) and so I had to sort that out and by the time it was fixed I was able to resub - but no MMF links nor any access to this model....

Thanks for your feedback Arlan! Something went wrong either dueing the zipping or the sync uploading corrupting the files, but we are rechecking everything. We have still not reviewed all the files as we are also exporting the thieves guild for the next month, but we have a planned post update for the Jotunn on monday :) Really sorry for the issue with this boss

FYI to anyone having this issue...AG responded pretty quickly and already had a new file uploaded by the time I checked this morning. FYI the file is about 1/3 smaller (844MB vs. 1.2GB) so perhaps some other fixes/adjustments were made.

Thanks for the tip...I didn't even think about trying 7zip or opening from the app instead of directly from the folder because 99% of the time the file is corrupt when this happens. As it turns out, AG responded pretty quickly and already had a new file uploaded by the time I checked this morning. FYI the file is about 1/3 smaller (844MB vs. 1.2GB) so perhaps some other fixes/adjustments were made.

AG this sculpt is amazing as usual. With that said this is not your best work and we all know you can do better. Between the file extension issues and the poor to really no explanation of the changes in your file naming convention this is frustrating. Add to that my first print from this release is showing some significant support related issues. I humbly ask you circle your production team up and remind them the high production standard you are known for and that you expect that to be back on track moving forward. Thanks in advance, a loyal subscriber.

Try opening it in your extractor not just opening it, it worked for me to extract it from within 7zip.

I did the same, then tried opening the file with 7zip instead of just trying to auto-open and it worked.

I've tried dl'ing twice from MMF and it won't open...says the file is invalid. I've PM'd AG about the issue...just an FYI to anyone else having problems.

The thing that sucks most about the quality issues is that this is an awesome sculpt. The frost giant was amazing and had no issues. I get that they said the model was supposed to release around the 15th, but I would have rather waited an extra week or so to get something that was printable day one. Even more frustrating is the fact that Artisan Guild tends to not reply to any of the messages. I liked that they had pre-supported for anycubic photon this go round, but it doesn't mean much if they don't fit the build plate. As of right now, I can fit everything if I scale it down, but it's a giant and as such shouldn't have to be shrunk.

If anyone has issues loading the files, I could load the supported ones into Lychee no issue, but the non supported ones would not open in 3d builder/meshmixer to repair the file - i imported them into lychee then saved them as an STL, after that I could open them in 3d builder to repair the files - obviously this is just a work around until the files are properly fixed.

Vulkarion_Legs (Supported H) there appears to be some random raft floating around in space :) the (Supported Photon-s) bdy file sliced fine after I added the missing supports.

As someone noted above, the incorrect file extension is not at the end of the file name. Actually I noticed there was no file extension :) Added the .RAR at the end and it decompressed just fine. Only issues I have had so far are on the body, there are three islands that UV Tools caught at layers 364, 410 and 541. Added supports in Lychee myself (using the free to use version) and reslicing as I type this.

You may need to use the unsupported files and angle/support them yourself...of course, that is if you haven't tried that already.

Any chance we could get a presupported version that's able to fit the elegoo Mars? Every file of yours has do far but the sword and body are WAY too big

As Jake M suggested above. The file is not in ZIP compressed format. I renamed the .zip to .rar and used WinRAR to open.

I'm having problems too. The files do download, but Windows can not open the file. I used Super Zip, which I tought worked, but when I tried to open a file, got a 'you do not have permission' error.

When I downloaded the zip file, Windows 10 popup said it was an invalid zip file. What can I do to fix the problem?

You shouldn't need to. The email will be sent to your patreon email address but clicking redeem will take you to MMF and redeem the model on whatever account you're logged in as. At least that's how it works for me.
