I've read through the post twice to see whether I missed something or that one of the busts was coming in the future but I have not found any information regarding that. It seems that the Oni Clan Leader Yoshigruzu bust is not in the Welcome Pack, when will it be added? Edit: Sigh. Always when you finally post something you find out what the issue is, the bust is not Supported so it's not actually in the Pre-Supported folder and has to be downloaded from the regular (Non-supported) folder.

My main issue with SYNC is when I let that site zip everything at once, it screws up all the files so they can't be extracted.

Usually I can't dl from sync but now it worked (3,5gb). What helped in the past, is to download 1st levl subfolders one by one. 10 downloads. But it's slow, please move away from sync. I can only advise to use mega.nz , it gives your users a nice history, download client and has a built in messenger. And its fullspeed like google drive all time.

just joined. downloaded WELCOME box just fine. Folks just got to be patieint lol. Already bought more complete sets of yours from MMF. Finally told myself "Uh why aren't we supporting them on patreon?'. In my opinion, your models print better than other wonderful pieces (Rhymes with Mitan Gorge!?) No hate towards them, just happy with your models!

I'm not even getting the error message. Just sat here calculating size for the last 15 min. no exaggeration, i litterally made a sandwich, ate, and cleaned up and it was still calculating.

When downloading within a folder, or downloading the whole thing as a zip, I get the Calculating error. I agree with the above: switching to MyAirBridge would be much appreciated!

Would it be possible to migrate these files to MyAirBridge? The "Download all" option takes forever to calculate size, even at the subfolder levels. I was able to download all the November models as a zip on MyAirBridge without issues.

Sorry if asked already. I'm not seeing the right hand for the (bottom character) Gnish Gnosh file. Any1 know where I should be looking? Also, I'm new to this but these minis have been printing great!! Sculpts/Art is awesome! Greg's supports are awesome! Was so worried about the learning curve and I'm really being spoiled. Thanks, Joseph, I tried at the start of the month and it kept failing and it is failing at the end of the month, too. But there are changes so it has to be re-downloaded at the end of the month.

I have had a lot of issues with Sync too, all I can suggest is trying to do it a few days after release and at a time when most of the world is asleep. It seems very susceptible to overloading with the files being as large as they are. I wish it was a simpler download - Unsupported - Supported - Parts - No parts

Are you trying to download everything at once, or each of the two .zip files separately? You have to do them separately now, or it will error. There is a text document in there saying so as well if you look :)

Sync issues here, too. Presupported Kobolds download failed the first week of Sept, and it is still failing on the last day of Sept. Can I please have them?

Several of my Patreons have switched to MMF with great success! Past Months DL's still avail as well...Great for if somehow my PC gets lost. Can always go back and recover.

I agree with the commenters above...I don't know why creators are using sync.com. It is TERRIBLE! It is not working at all. There are great alternatives. Gumroad maybe? MyMiniFactory maybe?

Please never use sync.com again. The user experience is reeeeaaaallllyyyyyyy bad. downloading 1mb/s. tried multi browser downloads, and it just disconnects all but last connections. The company doesn't have their infrastructure up-to-date. Leaving dissatisfied customers while it's not your fault. I've been busy for 1 hour downloading all the files.... Because sometimes the download also goed to 0 kb/s. Even when downloading a Single zip at the time.

It isnt a browser issue. Edge or Chrome the speeds for Sync are horrible for me. Same file sizes from other 3D web sources like MMF and CGTrader are reliable and very fast in comparison. Plus, using MMF would put the files in a purchased library so if you ever had a hard drive failure or accidently deleted them you could download them again easily. Sync is just not a good solution in my opinion.

Yes having this on MMF make feel better specially because i have lost data from Patreon, and when is gone... IS GONE. been able to download it from MMF also is usefull for downloading only when you need it, every month patreons files are around 1 gb per patreon, thats alot of space at year

It seems to depend wildly when you try to download. Failed all weekend, until I tried late (very late) Sunday night, and it worked fine.

Try using a browser other than Chrome. Chrome has messed up just about every sync download for me and been nothing but headaches. I tried using Edge, and speeds are at least significant faster and closer to my true internet speeds.

We are waiting MMF to implement this with us. They are making a new system for it as sending emails for all ours previous sets is not something they want to do. Also we would need to wait till the end of the month to deliver them the complete Patrons list

Really not liking the Sync Download speeds. I know my connection is very quick as other downloads of comparable size occur much faster. Sync is just painful. Why not release the files to supporters through MyMiniFactory (MMF)? This would also give us the ability to download from the purchased library history should we need to. As you already deal with MMF you should know this is an alternative.

Yes, please give us an alternative to Sync.com. It almost never works, right now, it seems their disks are filled up. This is to the point where unless it's being addressed, I don't see how I can continue being a supporter, since I'm rarely able to download full bundles (individual files usually works, but that's a major drag).

So I see that there are zips for the TnT heroes but not everything else. I know that in your other releases you just have the two zips for all supported and all unsupported stuff and that works great around Sync's limitations. I know updating the zip every time there is a change to the Welcome pack is annoying but I think it is what is sadly necessary.

Could I safelly remove the old Troubles in Taverns models if I download this welcome pack? For example I've just checked my old Sony Jonà file "Sony_Jona_v2fix(repaired).stl" has a more recent creation date (2020-05-03) than the one included in the welcome pack "Sony_Jona_(repaired).stl" (2020-03-02).
