As MMF handle the distribution, you need to contact MyMiniFactory support team if you miss it at info@myminifactory.com They got all the patrons lists and can confirm and send it to you :)

I've been a supporter since July with the Ashen Inquisitors, and I never got any notification that this came through. I'm not sure if I've done anything wrong or if I was supposed to support from the beginning of July (I just got into 3d printing mid-late July). Is there something I need to do to get this file?

thank you very much, the file is now in my library. only problem is unless you can somehow change the time frame that patreon shows, ill have to message you again for the same thing when the next epic boss model comes out.

i have been a supporter since May. there was a screwup on my end in trying to consolidate all my patreons to one funding source, during that screwup your patreon got deleted and as soon as i figured out what i did wrong i immediately reinstated your patreon account. however, it now shows that i've only been a supporter for two months. in fact i think it charged me for the same month twice, but im not worried about that. i don't know how to prove to you that i have been a supporter for that long other than to take a screenshot showing the ashen manticore in my files on myminifactory or a shot of my downloaded files.

That's unfortunate as it definitely was a factor in me choosing to buy the collection. It says it clearly in the description of the collection so I have a hard time believing it was an error "Depth One Reavers available to 3D print with 30% off throughout September! Use code: AGPROMO30 to start saving. Collection includes new epic boss Malkaya". I will pursue a refund with MyMiniFactory.

Hello! We are sorry, but she's not part of the collection. She's an Epic Boss (3 months loyalty reward, based on the Chapter). Perhaps MMF stated it somewhere? In that case its an error. Could you please show us where it says that she's part of the Depth Ones bundle? So we can correct it ^^

Yes, MMF is working on a system to do that :) The manager said they can't use the email system used for the epic boss with every release, but they are developing a more efficient one

Have you guys considered issuing the monthly sets through MMF instead of through Sync? Since Sync is so iffy sometimes, that might be a good way to get the releases out. Just a suggestion. Keep up the fantastic work everyone!

I have a question about artisan guild "epic bosses". Is there anything particular about your large scaled models? i.e. would they look different or out of proportion if I scaled them down to a 32mm model? I ask because I've scaled artisan guild models UP to 54mm and it didn't really work that well because of "heroic" proportions at 32mm. (head was overlarge at 54 mm for example).
