That faint tremor spread outward with each step along the river’s course, extending ever farther.
In a flash, tremors in that section of the River of Time propagated to various tributaries, which in turn passed through other universes.
Within those universes, 12th-rank powerhouses sensed the tremor as well, stunned by towering waves of shock in their hearts. They all shared a single thought:
