LOVED your reaction to this!! 🩷💚 there’s actually no way to avoid reacting to the POWER in this film and its songs; it was a first time watch for me too, been putting it off for a while bc I saw the musical as part of studying every microsecond of Defying Gravity for my music GCSE in school and knew this’d make me tearful - and GUESS who was crying with you all throughout this 😭 Cynthia’s vocals being immortalised in this film could not be more deserved. and OBVIOUSLY Ariana ate this up but anyone who’s shocked at that needs to have a talk w their roommate Patrick about moving out from UNDERNEATH THE GODDAMN ROCK THEY’VE BEEN LIVING UNDER 🙄

You were right that they were in the OG Wicked, but they were also both in Glee (mostly because of their roles in wicked). Amazing reaction, glad you enjoyed it. Can't wait to see what you think of Part 2. Michelle Yeoh as Madame Morrible was perfectly cast for the movie, but interestingly would be horribly cast for the stage version. The character is so different on stage, but she played her perfectly for this medium.
