Damn, if you're in the Texas area holy moly 2 weeks no AC? At least in the winter you can bundle up . I spent the nights in my car with the heat on charging my phone, but you can't run your car ac like that. Texas summers are brutal. Hope your doggie is ok since they suffer the most in the heat.

So glad you are safe, sorry you are still without power I know that really sucks. During hurricane Sandy we lost power for 4 days. I hope you have a generator or something and made plans to put perishable foods somewhere to stay cold. Hang in there, we’ll be here when you get back and hopefully your power comes back soon!!
