Good call, Freema has been on Doctor Who before. You might have noticed that Martha mentioned she had a cousin who went missing after Canary Wharf. Freema played that cousin in the last couple of episodes of season 2, she was turned into a human-form Cyberman.

I love how calm and level headed Martha is. She asks the right questions and she worked well with the Doctor here. I always love the scene outside the pub because I've seen so many arguments like that and they are pretty amusing!
