The Secret Beyond the Coat
🕑 Added 2025-03-15 05:06:43 +0000 UTCRush hour. Same old streets, same old routine. The smell of vanilla latte drifted from a café as I passed by, and I stopped at a crosswalk, impatiently waiting for the light to change. I checked my phone—already running late. With a sigh, I picked up my pace.
Then, I saw him.
A tall, stunningly handsome man in a long coat. The way he moved, the way the fabric flowed around him—it was almost cinematic. As he approached, he gave me a small, confident smile before speaking.
"Excuse me, could you tell me the way to XX Building?"
His voice was deep and smooth, like melted chocolate. I barely had time to process before—
WHOOSH.
He flipped open his coat.
And time… just stopped.
His chest was sculpted to perfection, his abs chiseled like they belonged in a Renaissance painting. His sun-kissed skin seemed to glow under the morning light. And then… there was that.
A normal person would have screamed, maybe called the cops. But me? I was paralyzed. He was beyond perfection. A god among mortals. My exact type, only better.
Before I could stop myself, the words slipped out.
"Wow… perfect."
He smirked, clearly enjoying my reaction, then leaned in just slightly and asked,
"Got a minute?"
Work? What work? My boss, my deadlines, my entire career—all irrelevant.
Without a second thought, I turned and followed him into a quiet alleyway.
