This is my favorite episode of AOS. The Fitz reveal, the Daisy/Mace fight, the Skimmons hug, the last scene with the music. And AIDA said she removed everyone's biggest regret, restarted the Framework and let everything go from there, so I'm guessing Coulson not joining SHIELD is why Hydra took over, since he was a big part of bringing the Avengers together and taking down Hydra during the events of CA:Winter Soldier.
