Its not the same GIDEON, its the same AI program, but they all have different voices, Season 1 of Legends showed lots of different accents when they hacked into the other waveriders and each GIDEON had a different voice setting, usually matching the user's accent.

To answer Nicky’s question: It’s not the same Gideon. Picture two iPhone 10s. They may look the same and run the same software but they’ll have a different variety of applications based on the user. Also of note: it would appear that they’re using the same voice actress from Flash Season 1. And if you count back 1,078 days from last Tuesday it does coincide with the air date of a Season 1 episode
