So when we meet up with them next episode, he'll be married and taking care of a child. That's wild to me.
Also, they have to choose NOW for Dex and Em to kiss a couple of times?? Stop giving and then taking away! Lol.
Not sure what's up with Sylvie trying to convince Dexter to take the job from Callum. Does she no longer like what he does? I think her family has plenty of money, no?

That's disappointing. Glad to see it has a planned end, though, as opposed to getting canceled. Yes! I love that about Sylvie. Lots of times, the 'foil' is painted as a monster, as you said, just because we, as fans, want the main character to end up with someone else. This is so much better done! I'm 100% gonna read this book once I finish Outlander! Which is taking forever! Eek!

It’s a limited series so it is only one season. I love this episode! It’s one of my favs because you can feel all the feelings and it’s so nice to see Dexter and Emma back together and making up after all that time apart. The kiss gets me every time because it’s so beautiful and yes technically it’s wrong but I think they were just feeling all the feelings at finally being back in each other’s lives but also losing each other in a way and their emotions got the better of them. I also love that Sylvie isn’t painted as a monster. She’s nice enough and she likes Emma and there’s no animosity there. They’re all very flawed characters but also very real and I think that’s what makes you invest so much in the series.
