While it certainly gives perspective, it does not change how I feel about Dan. You're right. If anything, it makes it worse that he was so miserable and chose to treat Nathan the same way.

oh i love this episode! i mean i don't love the stuff that goes down it but story wise i love it lol looking forward to watching it when i get home!

That awkward dinner scene lol. I hope I never end up in a situation like that. It definitely makes sense that Dan’s father would be like him and it just makes it worse that Dan would treat Nathan the same way. The cheating stuff 😬
