This is a bit of a thought experiment, but it's more or less Dhio! Mostly! You might remember him as the black dog in my recent "birthday" drawing haha

Sorry, what I meant to say is that I actually started reading Dungeon Meshi because Ryoko Kui's short manga reminded me so much of your own fantasy comics from back in the day on Tumblr, and I was curious to see how those themes would play out in a longform story. It's really cool to hear that you've gotten inspiration to return to these characters!
