I've been going back on forth on whether or not I want to kill any dragons at all, they're by in large all named individual bosses/minibosses (not respawning mobs) ... I don't think you GET anything for not killing dragons, it's just a personal thing!!!!

Yuko's long-standing affinity towards dragons remains unchanged. During pretty much all my 2 runs through BOTW I had this moratorium on killing foxes... Just because. Gotta honor your own ruleset!
