Honestly I don’t like complaining about how I really feel sometimes. It’s just not in my nature and nor I am a person who falls and never gets up or gives up. Nevertheless audios like this reminds me that I’m a human and it’s absolutely oki to fall and give up==>sometimes of course! Like just letting go. It doesn’t matter! In other words being depressed, having anxiety or trauma doesn’t make us weak and even if it does, it’s ok! So I’m grateful that in these special moments I know where to quietly tank my Enerdree. Where to calm my racing mind. Family, friends and your soul soothing audios/voice/words are a major help. I had a moment a couple of weeks ago where I felt like this. I had said; “I have my demons like everyone else. I get to thinking; what’s the point in me being here? No one would miss me. No body would care. I could just slip away forever. Much like Alice down the rabbit hole. I feel confined, like hands around my throat, restricted for air, consumed by poisonous thoughts and I don’t have an antidote....” I posted it here and the wonderful lovelies reached out and grounded me.
