Bosra's new wrestle move!

After three weeks of coding, I always need to back into my creative mood :) And the best way for me to do that, is to finish a drawing that I started before. This way I avoid the difficult creative decision making, and can just jump back into the drawing proces.
And so I worked this drawing last week; it's one of Bosra's wrestle moves that you will get to se during her match against Tonda! 
What you see above is a actually refinement of a drawing that Marlies made earlier for me (on the left below). Marlies is an illustrator who ocassionally helps me out, by making quick illustrations of my rough sketches. which greatly helps me to speed up my drawing proces. 
Now this setup that Marlies made is already pretty good; but felt that the characters didn't really match the background yet. So I wanted to blend them a bit more together -and basically added a layer of purple over the characters, and made it so that the light now really comes in from te side of the image.
And besides that I also wanted to give these girls a more defined body. This whole story is all about getting stronger, so why not show off those muscles right? And they are fun to draw as well! In the beginning it was quite difficult, but now I'm getting the hang of it :)
Here you can see the steps I took to add more muscles. 
Well, I hope you like how this turned out!
And now that I'm creatively recharged, I'm ready to create the next chapter of Space Rescue again. So next I'll do a poll again, and then you can let me know which chapter that should be :)

Thanks Sunburstxx, I'm glad you enjoy these post! For I do sometimes wonder if I don't get to tecnical/ theoretical when showing boob-drawings :} And I love the reference to a crab, the way Bosra uses her arms... this is great- thanks for thinking along! All the best, Robin

thinking about it some more, it is a daft idea as it would undermine the ref's authority.

I really enjoy these art updates! The interesting details on your process plus a teaser of whats to come is something I always look forward to. Regarding the wrestling move, it is very similar to the 'Boston Crab' or previously named the 'Backbreaker'. Some variation of this would probably fit well.

Hey Rik, thank you so much! And I like the name suggestion; It sounds powerful, like Bosra :) And it was super tempting to take Lune her clothes off as well...but I just couldn't find any reason to do so :D However, I image that after the match Lune might walk into the wrestlers dressing room for an autograph (she's a big fan after all)...and well, perhaps that leads to some undressing of the ref? :)
