Wrestle Team- Energetic girl poses!

So last week I started exporting the all the art I made for this update. And from here on I'll probably be doing lots of coding again. But... there is still some art left to share before the update comes out - so here it is!
Now below you'll see some poses I made for the wrestle team's last member; 'Neeva'!
Now each of these girls has her own personality and poses, and this girl will be full of energy....well most of the time. While training and wrestling she will be super fast and hyped up, but once all that energy is spend, she will get really sleepy again!
Maybe it's just her nature... or perhaps she is addicted to energy drinks? Well, I'm not sure yet. But I think this hyped/sleepy thing could make her quite intereting :)
Now the poses below are only her very basic poses. They are not too exciting, but they are important and make the 'centre' of the whole pose-set. Now there is a bit more in the making, so I'll share that in a future post again :)
And that's it so far for the wrestler :)
Now another important part of this wrestle-story, is that Keen will need to transform the storage room into a gym. And to support this idea, I really wanted to let Keen clean up the room -instead of just snapping from the old storage to a new gym.
Now at first I thought I could do that by just letting parts of the background disappear. But that didn't work on itself, so I decided to add Keen to that scene.
And for that I reused some old poses and made these images :)
Now the Keen that carries a box here, is based on a previous image of Keen carrying lune her magazines; and the image on the right comes from the scene where Keen looked through a box for Valerie.
The image below is again based on the pose where Keen is scared of Plork, and throws his hands up.... Now usually I draw everything from scrath, but in this case I was quite happy with the way I could re-use those poses. And it really brought the scene to life ;)

Oh hey Adam! No, there were no problems :) But for this story I had to create 3 characters from scratch- while I usually only add 1 new character per update. So that adds a lot of time to the creation of this update. I hoped I could fit it in the 3 month cycle somehow...but that would have meant working overtime non-stop. Which would have been a pretty unhealthy choice I think :) So, I decided to take a bit more time for this update...that's all. But looking at the remaining stories, this will likely be an exception. Most stories still to come don't have so many characters involved. And that means I should be able to keep up my 3 month release cycle again. Well...that's it -and sorry to keep you waiting :) All the best! Robin

It's normally a pretty reliable 3 month cycle between releases. Have there been problems on this one?

A surprisingly large amount of game development is recycling and reiterating on existing assets to make them stretch as far as possible to save on time. Great work here, Robin!
