Wrestling illustrations -Neeva VS Tonda 1

I hope you are all doing well!
Now as you know, I’m currently working on the wrestlers story. And this week I made several sketches & illustartions for the wrestle-match-minigame!
So the idea here is to show an illustration every time you win or lose a round. And these will be close-ups of wrestling poses. Now in total I will be making 12 illustrations for this mini-game, and today I’ll show you the first two I finished.
So the first mini-game match will be between Tonda and Neeva. And in the following illustrations Neeva is the winner.
Pose 1
So this is the first pose where Neeva wins!
While comming up with these wrestle poses, I tried to take in account the girls personality and wrestle style. And of course as this is Space Rescue, things will always stay pretty friendly & fun :)

And then there is another thing I wanted to show. Now to make my linework, I usually just draw it by hand, creating soft painted lines. But occassionally I need to add some tighter linework as well. And to do that, I use Photoshops ‘shape tool’. I realize it’s a bit of an uncommen techique, but it really works for me. I actually used to work a lot with the shape tool on previous projects & got quite handy with it!

Oh- I still need to name these wrestle poses (so I a commentator can talk about them during the match). ...If you have any good ideas on that, please let me know!

* - Whoa!- why 12 illustrations you might think?
Well, to win a match you need to pin down your opponent 2 times. And each time that happens I’ll show a unique illustration of your succes. But you can also lose of course, and then the opponent pins you down. This leads to 4 unique illustrations for each match. And because this will be a competition between all girls, there will be 3 x 4 possible outcomes, leading to 12 illustrations :)

I'm not great at names for moves and such but I'll give it a go. For the first one, some sort of Clutch named after an animal or somewhere, like a "Scorpion Clutch" or similar. For the second "The Ab Crusher" seems appropriate.
