Update: Optimizing the game

I hope you enjoyed the last game update! And meanwhile I already made some preperations for the next one :)
So, this is the plan!
1. Reorganizing story content
First of all, I will try to reorganize the story-content.
Until now, I've just put the new storylines right after the old ones. Because that was the most efficeint way to develop the game. But now that the content grows, it's important for the flow of the game & the overall story, to put things in the right order.
For example; I'd like you to meet Raymond at the bar, before he gives you the alien plant. But that's where Mindy & Sandy are now & there is no room for him. But, if things were in the right order, Mindy & Sandy would only arrive after Raymond left.
So, if I put things in the right order, there will be room to introduce Raymond as planned.
Aditionally, I'll add a few things that will help the pacing of the game. For example, I still need to draw the 'storage room'; where Keen will find items, that he now simply gets at the start of the game. And by locking that room for a while, the puzzle connected to those items... will actually become a puzzle :)
1b. Feedback Fixes
Your help with the game is totally appriciated! And over time I kept track of your suggestions for improvement. Now as part of the reorganization, I like to incorporate a few of these suggestions as well.
One thing I already fixed, was the room-navigation. Some of you mentioned it could be tricky at times to find the exit in a room -and I agree. Below you can see what I did to improve on that . I hope it helps :)
I've animated the exit icon, gave it 4 directions & I added the destination of the exit in the HUD (top right).
Another fix would be, adding the a corridor in the Spa. This room will be between the West Hallway, the Spa Entree & the Locker Room. Because without it, navigating the area turned out to be rather confusing.
2. New storylines: Lorza
Next I also decided to expand Lorza her storyline, because it happens to fit in really well with the reorganization plan.
Maybe you remember Keen asking for a massage? Lorza said Keen had to wait in line...but there are no people wating yet. So I will add a few guests (expect random encounters at the changing room) and of course we will get to see Lorza at work. But that's not the end of the story of course!
2b. Vote!
Apart from that, you will still get the chance to vote and tell me which story you like to see expanded (ending with a with a XXX-scene). Will it be that of Mindy, Sandy, or Lune? :) Well, more on that soon!
3. Promotion
And finally I've been wondering a lot about how I can promote the project, with less effort... because I rather spend my time working on the game itself :)
So I deceided to bring the game to Steam; which is a bit like putting a big promo-sign next to a busy freeway. (Especially now Steam allows lewd-games on their front page, which is really nice! )
Now I know, this is hardly interesting news for you :) But it's probably good to know, that the Steam-game will be a copy of what you already play. So it's really to catch the attention of new players.
But if you do like to know more, this is the steam page And... I heard that adding the game to your whislist should give it a boost. So, doing that would be appriciated of course :)

I totally agree! But that's a slightly complex thing to add, so it might take a while before I can do that :) Meanwhile I work on a walkthrough (for when you get stuck) and you already get the occasional hint, by inspecting the items in your inventory (although that's still work in progress). I hope that helps too :)

One suggestion I would make is create a log that people can pull up(perhaps an app on a space communicator) that give hints to what their next steps should be for every different story line that has been initiated(as well as jobs/repairs that need done). This would make the game a lot less confusing and give a better flow for the player. This will be even more helpful when additional content is added
