Hello Misha! Sounds like you either have missed to create the shirt_color variable, or perhaps misspelled it in the start label?

File "game/WINTER/scripts_WINTER/winter_cap1.rpy", line 9, in script show character Exception: In DynamicImage 'gui/armario/shirt-[shirt_color].png': Could not find substitution 'shirt_color'. do you perhaps know what this could be about?
