Rough Stone Variant Floors
🕑 Added 2020-07-31 22:42:44 +0000 UTCFinal release for today.
I've always been a little unsure about the floors for the rough stone set. I created this alternate set. Let me know what you think. I'll send a short survey later to catch how people feel about these. If enough people like them, I'll go back and create the cuts for wall on tile walls, corners, etc.
Also, this set has both the wall on tile floors, as well as the Separate Wall Primary Floors.
Grab the files:

- OpenForge Sync: tiles/rough_stone/wall_on_tile/inch/floor/floor.variant (or 25mm)

Thanks! I need to start using the Sync folders more; the organization of everything becomes so much more evident there versus Thingiverse. I like how you did four different E-size variants. Keeps large floor spaces from looking repetitive.

No, these are meant to be a new variety for Rough Stone vs the older floors the set uses: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2244962 The squares on these are easier to see in person than is apparent in the photo, at least as far as for my own observations.

This is an alternative to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2487130? This set has a lot more personality, for sure! The main advantage of the classic set is that the grid is highly evident: one stone, one grid space. That said, the incremental effort to measure distances with this tile set is negligible, and definitely worth it for the more interesting aesthetics.
