Thanks a lot. I'm trying to build an epic, which is why it's taking me so long to get it off the ground between all my other projects (also making it hard to get back to the fanfic, so while I'm here I may as well turn it into a comic, hence why I've revisited the Cell fight to adapt Golden Age to comic form). And the crazy part is that I only do this part time in between regular shifts at my day job, which takes up 70 percent of my day.

Gotta say man, really like how much you interact with your community. I’m just here for the ride (and to see more worldbuilding after reading your fanfic!), but glad to see that you have thought out pretty much every question people have, and elaborate on certain points. Love to see AUs thoroughly fleshed out and made into its own entity. Good on you!

With time, the stature of Nova Saiyan Gohan could come to rival even that of Doug Dimmadome, owner of the Dimmsdale Dimmadome.

It makes the user's body ethereal, allowing them to slip through attacks and counters. They are still conscious of what they are doing, but have awareness of everything, and thus are able to respond to any threat happening simultaneously, since their body is simulating an event horizon and thus are able to break established laws and physics.
